Regarding the primary bedroom mattress: upon inspection after your departure, we discovered that the internal support frame of the bed had been broken during your stay, which caused the "dip" you mentioned. The mattress itself is high-quality and near-new, but it cannot perform correctly if the structural support underneath is damaged. As for the other points mentioned: • Maintenance: Our cleaning and maintenance teams did not find evidence of slow drains, peeling fixtures, or pests. We maintain a rigorous professional cleaning schedule to ensure the home is in good appearance and hygiene. • Property Condition: The lawn is professionally landscaped on a set schedule, and we ensure it is pristine for every arrival. • Location: While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood construction or the proximity of the train, we do our best to describe the area accurately so guests can make informed decisions.
