Adorable little “house” to stay in…super clean, warm, eclectic decor. Pecan Hill Winery within walking distance…great wine & company. Tom & Valerie (owners) were over the top hospitable. Lovely people. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing little property that was clean, quiet, and easy to access. Communication with the host was spot on, and everything was laid out to have a nice stay. Highly recommended!

Precious Cottage

We loved staying in this cottage. We had everything we needed, the place was spotless and it was very close to all the activities for the antique show in Round Top. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Round Top!

We had a great weekend staying at this property over the Round Top antique fair weekend. Location couldn't have been better - right at the end of one side of the strip of vendors, and the house was stocked with everything we needed - lots of towels, snacks, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This cute cottage was well equipped and comfy. The outdoor seating was lovely and I even got to see a Jackrabbit! The sunset and birds were a joy. Easy self check in and departure! There was so much to enjoy, I didn’t turn on the TV till late. The internet and TV choices were also great. Would love to visit again.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place to stay for the Round Top Antique Fair! We definitely didn’t need a lot but it was stocked with water, milk, coffee items and small breakfast items. We will definitely stay again

Peaceful Country Stay

Loved the little house and property. Very peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting out in the nice seating area under the tree and enjoyed the nice weather.

Round Top Shopping Trip

We came down over night to visit Junk Yard Gypsy and the Indigo Cottage and was very peaceful & relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunset!

The cottage is just as pictured. A few minutes drive to the first group of Roundtop shopping. The manager responded within a minute or two to any text I sent. It's a great place and price point .

Cute, Cozy, & Thoughtful

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is so uniquely decorated. It’s such a cozy little boho hideaway! It was also well-stocked with extra pillows and blankets, as well as basics for in the morning, like coffee, milk, and breakfast snacks. Those extra little bits of thoughtfulness were such a nice added touch! It was my second stay here, and I intend to be back!

The cottage was adorable and well “equipped “. I wish it was closer!! But that wasn’t really an issue. The weather changed from Saturday to Sunday so we got a little cold ( probably cos we couldn’t figure out how to operate it). Overall , we had a lovely visit. Thank you!

Oh Carla, I’m so sorry! I wish you would have reached out and let us know if you were uncomfortable. Your needs always come first! The remote control can be tricky so we could have come to make sure that it was working properly. We do have a small space heater in the kitchen cabinet, and I’m so sorry I did not let you know before your stay because that certainly would have helped. I’m truly sorry.
