This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.

Includes
- Self check- in with keypad lock ( with a code you will privately receive )
- Third floor walk/up
- Three bedrooms with a/c
- AC for bedrooms only. Living room may be requested for additional $20.00 per day.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.
Other conveniences are:
- Wireless internet access
- Washing and drying machine
- -Linens are included
- 2 Parking spaces inside the premises
- 1 gate beeper
- 1 beach gate key
This are second homes, if looking for tourist area with restaurants and bars walking distance then this place is not for you.
Located 30 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, 40 minutes away from Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the nearest Wall-Mart.
A rental car is highly recommended.
PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. No refund if you cancel last minute.

We are frequent visitors of PR due to our family members who live on the island and this was by far one of our best stays. Other than one issue that she attended to the best she could on our last day, it was an awesome stay for my family. We were in town for a funeral service for a family member and could not ask for a better place. Being a New York Rican it felt like Puerto Rico (country quite vibe instead of the commercial loud sounds of San Juan). I will be definitely staying in this suite if available whenever I come to stay on the East coast on Puerto Rico. Gracia, Suzanne

We loved staying at this location! Very close to the beach. We had a very relaxing time. Clean and neat. My teenagers loved the pool table. Great place to stay!

The accommodations were wonderful and there were many extras that we appreciated, including sunblock, soap, shampoos and conditioners, and much more. It was a lovely space to enjoy a few days with our family.

We had a great stay,this is a place for peace and relaxation. Everyone we met were very friendly and the pool was a wonderful place to relax after a full day of exploring many places on the island.

We had a fantastic girls vacation at this property. Suzanne was lovely and readily available when we had a question (which was once, the information provided was very clear and thorough). The location was excellent, easy to find using GPS, with ready access to SanJuan and other northern shore locations. LOVED the terrace, great in the morning and evening. The apartment was turn-key, well appointed for a vacation. End unit in the corner of the complex, thus nice and quiet, other than birds and dogs.End of May was warm and humid; it was great to have air conditioning ( we paid for the living area air conditioning and it was worth it) in addition to the ceiling fans. Beach and pool were less than one minute stroll from the apartment. Plenty of beach chairs and towels.Things to note: the hot water switch is by the dryer; the big brown table is fragile as the top is only resting on the base.

The apartment was very nice. Big clean a few bugs no screens on the windows. The terrace was beautiful. The pool was beautiful and the beach was magnificent. The location was not ideal unless you have a rental car which we did not and we did not know Suzanne was very quick to response with any questions. Unfortunately, the water was shut off twice while we were there due to some issues in the complex overall it was a nice day because we met someone that had a car.

Suzanne the host was very responsive and immediately responded to texts. The apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Having access to both the pool and the ocean kept the children happy and busy. The location is good for traveling to activities on the eastern part of the island and to traveling to Old Juan. Minor repairs such as a new coat of paint and new bathroom fixtures would elevate the place to a 5 star rating.

My family and I loved the spot. Everyone loved the secluded beach with fun pools. The condo is well stocked with everything you need! Would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive. Highly recommend. The billiard table was a big hit. Location was nice because very close to a beach that was pretty much private. Chairs and cooler for the beach were appreciated. Small tiny bugs everywhere in the house though. Overall, very nice place.

Very convenient Location

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the supplies we needed for cooking, which was a huge plus.The location is excellent — close to everything — and best of all, the beach is just a short walk away.

Great location

We loved the condo. It was perfectly situated in the beach but close to the mountains! Suzanne was very responsive and we can’t wait to return!
