This was our most enjoyable trip to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe, actually feels like you live there. The place had all the amenities you could ever think of and have in your own home. The pool area is divine to the point you almost forget the beach which is amazing also. We will definitely be back to this area!

Beautiful location

We visited with our two young (6 and 3) children and had a wonderful time. There were many accommodations available for the needs of the children and a helpful, reasonable, and responsive host. I would absolutely stay again at this apt when visiting the area in the future.

Nice place to stay

Peaceful Paradise

Amazing vacation 10 great days!!!

The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable steps from the beach. The restaurants in the area were great the food was excellent every were we dinned breakfast, lunch and dinners!! Jose is a great host always checking that we were ok and didn't need anything.

A wonderful vacation

We had a great time. The condominium complex was very well kept with a very accommodating staff and excellent security. The beach area was nice as was the swimming pool. The location was close to the national park rainforest which is a must area to visit. The owners were most easy to work with and most helpful with their suggestions and insights as to Puerto Rico. If you are planning on visiting this island, this condo should be considered.

Loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we had our privacy. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed: kitchen stuff, beach towels, toys, and even beach chairs. Steps from the beach, which was always empty! Also steps from the pool, and a small warm kid pool. No issues whatsoever, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

The property itself was well maintained. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We loved how quiet the location is as well. We step outside and the ocean is to our left and the pool to our right. We couldn't have picked a better place! Jose was awesome as well. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had.

Beach front tranquility

This is our second time at Jose’s condo and we hope to be back again. The condo was the perfect base for our vacation in Puerto Rico. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and a wagon to haul everything to and from the beach. The ac units work great and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We loved being on the ground floor as it made it easy for our kids to walk out and play on the lawn. The condo complex is very well kept, safe, and peaceful. The pool and beach are wonderful and very often we were the only ones there. We will definitely choose Jose’s condo for our next Puerto Rican vacation.

Wonderful!

My family of four had a wonderful stay at Jose’s condo. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked. We loved being on the ground floor as it allowed our kids to easily walk in and out to play. Jose was very responsive and checked in with us several times throughout our stay. The beach and complex were very quiet and not crowded at all while we were there. The beach is beautiful and our kids had a blast body surfing on the waves. It was nice to have beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels to use. We had dinner one night at Roots in the Rio Mar Resort (just a two minute drive) . We had a lovely time and will definitely stay here again.

Good and bad

The property, and especially the host's information re property and area, was good to excellent. The value re cost is excellent. However, the beach was disappointing. Seaweed and "sea grape" was piled up all along the beach. This is probably due to a storm out to sea and not the responsibility of the host, but the total of the properties along the beach should have a clean up planned for this eventuality.

Best Vacation We’ve had

I am so glad we chose to stay at this rental. The location was perfect for me and my younger kids. You are feet from the pool and a very short walking distance from the beach all right outside your patio. The house was very clean and the AC worked extremely well which is something I was concerned about. You have all the amenities that you need and the rental has everything you need to cook! We went to the Rico Pan almost every morning for bread for breakfast. And the restaurant on the corner was actually one of the best places we went the entire trip! I highly suggest staying here! It was so great to know after our adventures we still had a pool and the beach when we got home! Jose was very helpful the entire stay!

Great place

We loved our time at this condo. They provide everything you might like for the beach. The complex feels super safe. It was quiet and the beach is really right there. When i read 'just steps away' its true. If you were at a resort hotel it would take you longer to go down elevator than it does to walk to the beach here. The pool is clean and is also beautiful. Beds were fine, i slept on futon couch in living area because i need a firmer mattress and i slept so good. Location is fantastic. We booked a kyack tour for bio luminous bay through pure adventure, fantastic! We also did catamaran tour, fantastic! We drove around eastern coast up the southern side and back. Book it, you will not regret it.

Perfect first (but not last) trip to Puerto Rico

This apartment was exactly as advertised. It was immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we might have needed. We greatly appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler and a grill. The location was perfect as we could enjoy the beach, but also visit San Juan, El Yunque and Culebra with only moderate amounts of driving. The thing that really set this property apart was the attentiveness of the host. Jose was in touch regularly via text and answered last minute questions. We had no problems whatsoever, but felt confident that if we had, they would have been addressed. Many, many thanks for a fantastic and much needed vacation! We will return!

Location, Location Location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! This condo has it's own private beach as well is right in the middle of San Jose and Fijardo with just a 30-40 minute drive to both. Lucillos is also just 15-20 south of the condo and that is also an area you want to experience! Our host, Mr. Jose was extremely attentive and stayed in touch with me starting 2 days prior to arrival; checked in with me the night of our arrival to ensure we arrived safely as well as communicated with me regularly. He truly cares about his guests as he wants to be sure they enjoy the beautiful island of Puerto Rico! He also made excellent recommendations for food and activity and we couldn't have enjoyed our time as much as we did without these recommendations! Thank you Mr. Jose! We can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again and your hospitality is greatly appreciated!!

Rio Grande stay

Jose, our host, was exceptional. He was available for questions and suggestions, very reponsive. The property itself was ok. Clean, functional. Noisy ac in primary, no primary bedroom tv, bath fan was loud too. Dishwasher wasnt working. Living room furniture's comfort level would be a 5 or so (to be fair, I've yet to stay anywhere with comfy furniture) Lots of amenities! Tons of beach gear to borrow and everything needed for kitchen. Washer/dryer was convenient, but no soap (or for dishwasher). The beach was nice, we missed a hatching nest of turtles by 5 minutes!

Stunning beach

This condo is just what you want if you are looking for long walks on a beautiful beach. The condo itself has everything you need plus beach/pool toys and chairs. It is not fancy but it is very comfortable. You do not have a ocean view. You are not within walking distance to restaurants or shops. It is about a ten minute drive. The property is very well kept. It is large but there were very few people staying there. Replies to requests or questions were typically within 2 or 3 hours. I would return.

An unforgettable experience at a picture perfect place!

We are not travelers and had this condo recommended to us by a friend. We are so happy to have followed her suggestion. The condo was wonderfully maintained and had every concievable extra within it's closets, cupboards and rooms. The beach is to die for and extremely clean. We easily lost track of time while relaxing on what felt like our own private beach! Our kids even kept the whining down to a minimum, which is saying a lot. Their favorite? The beautiful pool. Lastly, and possibly most importantly, the representative for the property was so kind and thoughtful throughout the full process. He offered detailed and quick responses and followed up with us as our trip got closer, to confirm we had everything we needed. Overall the experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved this property. Jose was absolutely the best host I’ve ever worked with. Immediate communication before and during the trip. Some things that we loved: -Location: gated/ safe community , close to the rainforest , numerous beautiful beaches, the ferry, and San Juan -Facilities: 1st floor with a nice patio, spacious enough for 3 kids and 2 adults (the kids bedroom was a little tight for 3 but not a problem), fully equipped kitchen and prior tenants had left basic dry supplies, spices which was nice. Excellent Wi-Fi and cell service. -Price: In looking at other places, I felt like I got a good deal! -Communication: as our first time to PR, Jose was amazing to help us with our many questions. Would definitely recommend! Few notes: It was our error that we didn’t read on using the switch to turn on the hot water heater but the Luke warm water wasn’t bad. The super Walmart was very busy, very pricey, and didn’t carry many of the items I had hoped for (we have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten feee in our family so meal planning was a bit tricky).

Literally Home away from home

Everything you need to feel like you are home away from home. Property was perfect, clean and in amazing location just steps from the beach and pool. Communication fromBooking to check-out was superb. Looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the condominium fell short of expectations. The hot water never rose above lukewarm, which was disappointing and not ideal for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The dryer was also quite noisy and became a nuisance whenever it was running. Additionally, the cookware was outdated, which made meal preparation less convenient than expected.On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Jose’s email communication was clear, informative, and much appreciated.

Amazing stay in Puerto Rico
