Total peace in this home tucked up in the woods, enjoy the amazing view from your deck in the morning with the fire and a cup of coffee to night w outdoor kitchen entertaining area as you dip into the hot tub while outdoor music is playing or have a fire in the pit while roasting smores. So much to do at this home and just 5 minutes from all shopping and the lake. Sleep superb with your master adjustable bed and see thru fire to the bathroom. TV in every room, sleeps 8 comfortably, the home will always be decorated for Christmas the month of December to Jan 2nd. . Deck furniture out during warm months but under cover deck area w fire always has sectional and tables for year round gathering in front of fire and for the beautiful view. Tree fort is not functional.

Awesome house in a Quiet location

We loved our stay at Amber's house. Super east check in and check out process. Very comfortable place for at least 6 adults. We loved the fireplaces and hot tub! Location was convenient to everything we needed to do and see. Amber was a great host responding promptly to all our questions and requests. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here for a family wedding. The location was perfect. Enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful view of the valley below from both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable and the older guests appreciated the adjustable king bed on the first floor. Kitchen had everything we needed and we could prepare meals rather than go out. Everything was clean and communication with host was superb. Location is close to shopping and food. Make sure you take advantage of outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and comfy deck furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property great host

The property is just as advertised, it is in a quiet area and the views are fantastic. There are many small touches that provide comfort during the visit. For example, when you step out onto the porch there are chairs to look at the view, in the basket under the table are some blankets in case it is one of those cool mornings or evenings the area is famous for. Throughout the house we found comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is very well appointed, including the perfect sized martini glasses for your vacation (extra, extra large). Amber was fantastic as well. All of our communication was quick and she had great recommendations about the area. Really easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is top notch. I would definitely go back and stay here again.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!

We stayed at this beautiful house for two nights while entertaining our friends from Japan. The patio was breathtaking. From morning coffee to afternoon wine, the patio is just perfect to take in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The house was also beautiful inside and out. Everything was super accommodating and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Thank you so much. definitely saving this information for future stays.

Great Place to Kick back and Enjoy Famiky!

We were in the area for a family reunion and this home was an excellent location because it was close to family and centally located between Seattle, Mt Rainier and other points of interest. The home was clean, comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed on site. It was great sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and at night with a glass of wine reminiscing about the day. We would highly recommend this home!

Wow! This house was EVERYTHING you need and MORE! The host was amazing and provided so much. She was very prompt with responses and so kind. The house has just about everything you need. The home was beautiful and immaculate. 5+ star home!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Amber thought of everything. House is very clean and well stocked. Lovely outdoor seating area. Enjoyed the views. Would definitely highly recommend and would love to stay here the next time we’re in Seattle.

Great escape for a family weekend!

We loved this property, everyone had their own space, kid friendly and we loved all the different places to sit and grab a meal or drink. The patio is wonderful, kitchen was great for cooking and the yard was so fun to enjoy a fire in the evening. Only complaint, clear there is/was a cat living there we had a family member with severe allergies and it almost ruined our visit. We would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Amber’s home is stunning! It was clean, the pictures represent the home perfectly. The deck is great

Renting this property was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we had more time so we could have taken advantage of the fire pit. We relaxed on the deck o e night and listened to the frogs in the water feature. So relaxing!!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second stay and we had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Amber is so gracious and responsive. The AC was a relief during the hot week! We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub when the sun went down. So many amenities available and the peaceful surrounding made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and Amber was very responsive. We loved the spacious home with beautiful views. It’s very peaceful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check out process was very seamless too. We will definitely be back!

Great House

We had a good time during our stay in Bonney Lake. We used the home as a “base” for our bridal party during our wedding. It provided a great place to get ready before heading to the venue. The porch was great and the hot tub was a lot of fun. Parking was a little challenging with such a narrow driveway. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Home

Vacation rentals are hard to find in Bonney Lake. This home was clean and comfortable. Worked well for multiple couples. Check-in was a little complicated. Could have done with less religious decor but overall the house was a good find.

Family Fun

This was a great place for a few family members to gather and reconnect. We were able to enjoy the fire pit, great outdoor spaces, and save money by making meals here. The home was very unique and the view is tremendous.

Beautiful home!

We had so much fun at this property! The host communicated well and the house is stacked with everything you need and more! Some features of the home could use some repair. Most if the toilets have issues. You have to hold the handle down for an extended time to flush, some toilets run or the toilet won't fill with water. Many of the luxury features have small issues, the hot tub had lights that flickered the whole time we were in the hot tub. We never were able to figure out how to operate the home sound system, it could use some simple cables to allow an Aux cable. We also couldn't figure how the lights worked for the hot tub (more instructions needed for most items). The internet was also extremely slow, which made work difficult. I was also very uncomfortable with the amount of cameras on the property, I felt we were always being watched. Overall, the home is incredible and I would recommend to anybody. I only list the items above because it is new to VRBO. The host did a great job and the views are stunning! Highly recommend!

Nice house but needs a better cleaner and warning about security system

Upon first arriving the house was beautiful, looking around I then noticed the bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned, one bath tubs looked completely disgusting, bar soaps, hair, etc still in them. Then checking the hot tub it was a little dirty but did smell of chlorine so we turned on the jets hoping it would filter out. The refrigerator and freezer had food in containers that were very old, we ended up cleaning them out ourselves. The top of the microwave inside is pretty disgusting with splattered food everywhere. We ended up going to get oir own skillets to cook with because the ones provided were completely burnt. We were not notified that there was a security system or a "panic button" that was pushed by someone the first night because they thought it turned something on in the house, so the police arrived our first night. Then the wifi went out the next morning and was out the whole time of our stay. After leaving the property 2 people broke out with Pseudomonas folliculitis from the hot tub being contaminated, we contacted the owner and she was apologetic but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and how our stay went. There was also 5 people from the stay that have tested positive for covid since our stay the owner admitted that she did not have time to clean the property thoroughly between the previous stay and us so im not sure if that is where they were exposed to it or not. I would rather had been notified that the property wasn't ready and to come later than it not being cleaned thoroughly.

Property sleeps 6 in beds, but welcome to put one or 2 more on the queen blow up that is in the workout room, there is space on the floor for it. The play fort can not be used as it has some deck issues that need to be dealt with. Thank you.
