## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with an elevator, it includes:
- a master bedroom with a king size bed;
- a bedroom with a single bed;
- two adjoining bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a library with a double futon;
- a living room to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness, the quietness of the bedrooms, and its terrace.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Baby cot, Wifi, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Fan, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that there is a caretaker who ensures security in the building.
The accommodation is quiet, the bedrooms overlook a courtyard, and the living room overlooks the canal.
The canal is lively in the summer, usually hosting Paris Plage and many activities for children!!
The apartment is located near metro lines 7, 5, and 2 for easy access to the city center.
Here are some good addresses to recommend in the neighborhood:
- Cambuse (very nice wine bar just downstairs from the apartment);
- Le Bellerive and Le Bastringue, two neighborhood restaurants
- MK2 cinemas quai de seine and quai de loire which are just downstairs
- numerous cafes and bars along the canal
There are also various shops on Avenue de Laumière (butcher, fishmonger, vegetable merchants, Italian grocery store, etc.) and on Avenue Secrétan, supermarkets (Monoprix, Franprix) and organic supermarkets.

- Parc de la Villette, 15 minutes away;
- Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, 15 minutes away;

## Emplacement
The 19th is a district of Paris located in the north of the city. Very pleasant to live in, by the canal, the apartment is close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (15 minutes walk), La Villette parc, overlooking Paris Plage, with numerous summer activities for children. Small cafes, refreshment stands, and restaurants line the canal. Metro lines 7, 2, and 5 provide access to the center of Paris in less than 15 minutes.
