This was one of our favorite properties. We loved the roof top access. The pools were amazing! The room options--with two bunk beds was very helpful for our family.

This property is beautiful and had everything we needed for our week vacation. It's in a great location. The location is on the bayside of the property but the gulf side is easy to get to. Our teenagers loved the access to the pools and lazy river and the included hot tub on the roof.

We have stayed at several condos at Destin West and this condo was hands down the best one so far. All guests commented how nice & clean it was. Will stay here again!

Best vacation ever!

Recently returned home from Heron PH5. The ease of reserving and checking in exceeded our expectations! All the amenities listed and more Fantastic view from balcony❤️ The lazy River was a great way to relax. We can’t wait to return!

Newly renovated!!

This property has been newly renovated and is in pristine condition! Every detail was thought out! The beds are very comfortable also. This is the best condo we've had the pleasure to rent!

Wonderful condo!

Our stay was great at this Heron PH condo. The decor seemed recently updated and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have laundry in unit! The hot tub and roof deck was a treat as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, resort and location

We walked to the boardwalk most nights for Dinner. Coastal vacations provided a great list of restaurants to try and we took advantage of the Donut Hole in Destin and Old Bay Steamer just down the road. Pools were heated in March and the rooftop Hottub was perfect on those chilly days/nights! Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful Anniversary trip

We spent 4 lovely nights in the lap of luxury, enjoying every moment of our stay!! Even though the temps were beginning to cool, the hot tub kept us warm :-) the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for some time away. We had tons of delicious food and saw some historical sites as well.

Amazing!

The property was just as described, plenty of room for our entire family, extremely clean and we felt very safe in the location. The views were amazing and it was so nice to be able to choose the pool or beach and everything is close by. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Amazing stay

Room was super clean and very spacious. The A/C was great the entire time especially with it being in the 90s. All updated appliances. Great view from balcony and from the rooftop. The resort was clean and the pool/lazy river was great. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful penthouse unit, well-appointed, comfortable, and we loved how well the AC worked (record heat the week we were there!) We've been staying at Destin West for more than a decade and this has been our FAVORITE condo yet!

Location, views, and quality.

Destin west was the perfect location for our family of 6 plus a baby! It’s so close to the boardwalk that we often walked to it and Destin was just a short drive away. The rooftop provided the perfect place for drinking coffee while looking at the bay or enjoying the privacy of the hot tub. As for the place itself, everything was great! The whole place was shockingly spacious and very comfy. Would 10/10 book again.

This complex is well managed and maintained. The pools are very nice. Would likely stay on the beach side next visit as the walk over the skybridge can be long with beach stuff. Overall, very nice property.

Delightful Stay

Our family has stayed at Destin West for 10yrs and have stayed at different properties over the years. As expected, some properties were better than others. This property is one of our top rated properties we have visited. The property is exactly as it is presented in the photos. We had a great experience.

Our stay in your condo was excellent, everything in the condo worked and was as it should have been. We had a few normal issues that were resolved quickly and the repair people were very friendly. Thank you, we will definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2023

The condo was great, well furnished and everything we needed. It was very comfortable and check in could not have been easier. If only those first few days were warmer, but that’s Florida in March! Thanks much! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!!
