This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and a twin day bed with twin trundle. It features a private deck with a new outdoor hightop table and chairs, perfect for taking in the mountain views. Step outside to the shuttle for a short ride to the lifts or during the summer you can take a walk to Lakeside Village for shopping and restaurants. Just west of the complex is The River Course, one of two championship golf courses in Keystone. The Pines offers shared amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna and more.

This ground floor condo features a living area with comfortable furniture. There's a flat screen TV next to a wood-burning fireplace with beautiful stonework. The private deck is just off the living area and features mountain views and outdoor seating.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen smart TV and scenic views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door that separates the walk-in shower for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

A Little Piece of Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is spacious and meticulously maintained. The view from the balcony is priceless. The kitchen is well stocked for all needs during your stay. It was a pleasurable, quite stay. The bus stops every 20 minutes right in the parking lot. We didn't realize that when the contract states that only 6 people could stay that this would also mean you can't have anyone over for dinner. I wish there would be a little more flexibility, as we were visiting our son working here, and we couldn't spend time with him after he got off work unless we went out to eat which defeated the point of having an apartment. Also, there are no heaters in the bathrooms, which has them at a pretty cold temperature.

Okay, but not great...

The location of the stay was nice. The mountain views were fantastic. The patio and grill was a nice detail for cooking outdoors. I really enjoyed the great amount of lighting around the place. There were a few suggestions that I had already communicated to the host. Overall, it was an okay stay that could use some improvements.

Beautiful views from a spacious well appointed condo.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The condo was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It was close to the river and walking paths. Our only issue was that we needed a 3rd parking spot one night. The HOA only allows 2 cars even though the lot was empty. We were told incorrectly that we could park at the Conference Center. Turns out that was incorrect info.

Everything was great

Well located in Keystone, near to Dillon, Breckenridge and Frisco, made finding hiking trails, scenic vistas, shopping and restaurants a breeze.

The condo was amazing and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoying the balcony in the mornings and evenings, hiking along the Snake River, and swimming in the pool. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful time. Loved the trail along the Snake River and proximity to Breckenridge and Frisco. Unit is just as described. Will definitely come back.

perfect mountain escape

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. I loved being on the first floor for my father who can not do stairs well. There are still about 8 stairs up to the entrance of the property. The field outside was amazing, and I spent most of my time outside there. In August it was quiet and the trails down to the river were great, and accessible from the pines property. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. It was nice to be outside of the city enough to see the stars and the view of the mountains for the sunset and non sunset were fantastic. Only a short drive to Silverthorne to get anything you might need. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked throughout our stay.

Overall the unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Only complaint is that several of tge dishes we got out were very dirty with food so had to wash everything before we felt comfortable using the cutlery/plates/cups. The beds were fairly comfortable but the blankets and bath mats were in need of a good wash.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
