This luxury condo contains, a full kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room with a flat screen 42inch HDTV, includes cable and free WIFI.
Master bedoom has its own HDTV and a large private full bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub and shower and double sinks.

The Signature also contains a Starbucks / Cafe / workout facility / a small business center and a private pool.

Great room! We loved having a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. Very spacious. Great location. The pools were not super busy. The handle for the shower broke and Joe was very fast to respond and have the handle fixed right away. He was very easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay again. It was great not having to smell smoke like you do at a lot of properties. Kitchen is well-stocked.

Much more rooms and bigger than the few pics displayed. Has kitchen sink living room tv closet space. The bedroom got 2 closets can see the sphere from there has hottub shower his n her sinks not sure if hot tub worked didn’t use it but I was expecting less from the pics but at my price I feel good deal. Also the balcony view is the entrance valet to hotel but I ain’t care for that lol

Dishwasher needs repair, but other than that, property was well stocked and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

My husband and I were in town for a concert. I selected this location due to it having two full bathrooms, as well as the access to the activities in the MGM complex and distance to the Miracle Mile Shops. The unit was nice. However, the furniture had stains and the carpet and balcony glass were filthy. I never travel without slippers and I am glad as I was not comfortable having my feet on the carpet. The shower heads need to be cleaned as well. I did not raise these concerns since my stay was short. However, I would caution anyone who plans to stay here to be mindful. I do believe these things can easily be resolved. With all of this said, Joe was very nice and his unit was reasonably priced for the location and Labor Day weekend.

The nice thing about renting this unit through VRBO vs the hotel is the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the unit is fine.

This was a fantastic location—close to the strip and perfect for our family. The host was incredibly responsive, and the check-in process was seamless.

Great corner spot in Tower three, super easy access to MGM Grand where I had a conference to attend. Valet was super easy and convenient. Would 100% book again.

It was a nice condo, the sink in the master room wasn’t working but other than that it was great and will Book again.It was close to the strip, easy to get an uber in the lobby and clean

We enjoy staying at the Signature Suites, easy in and out, no lines and it's quiet and smoke free. Everything worked good in the suite, we had a great time.
