We're Condo Hotel Marketplace. And we'll make you feel right at home....

This condo hotel is attached to the MGM Grand via an enclosed moving walkway. Unlike any other accommodations on the Strip this property provides all the conveniences of home and yet offers the amenities of a world class hotel.

With private pools, gated entrance and affordable rates, The Signature provides a travel experience unmatched anywhere in Las Vegas. The full kitchen allows for preparation of meals, snacks and drinks to stretch your travel budget. Imagine warm danish rolls and juice for breakfast, a turkey melt sandwich and fresh fruit for lunch. Having your own kitchen provides a welcomed change from eating every meal at a restaurant. And the private balcony brings the sunny outdoors of Las Vegas to your private suite.

Property was as described and had listed amenities, very close to the strip. Host had great communication, helpful and flexible. Would recommend to other travelers.

The main bathroom shower had mildew on the shower head and one of the sinks backed up. The sink was taken care of even though we didn't call anyone. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice during our stay and it was never done. I honestly am not sure that I would ever stay here again.

Never heard a peep out if this guest, so I don't know who she was asking for daily services. The sink was reported by prior guest and we promptly called Engineering to correct the issue. And I reviewed her booking and she chose exit cleaning only.

Brothers trip

This was my second time staying here. Discovered walkway to the MGM casino which made it great to have easy access to casino. Room was great. Overall very satisfied again.

Great location and lots of space

Location was ideal, especially for a family. Great space with two full bathrooms, kitchen, and amazing balcony. Teens really enjoyed the condo pool and jacuzzi. The strip is a short walk away. Communication with manager was excellent. Only gave 4* for check-in process because a front desk and a valet staff were a little rude - but property manager had no control over that. 100% would book again. Thank you!

The property was just as described. We were in Tower 3 with a great view of the strip and the sphere. I’m a walker so the fact that we could walk to MGM Grand via a tunnel was fine for me. I thought it was a great feature to beat the heat. The location, just off the strip, was fine. You didn’t feel like you were off the strip. The apartment had all the comforts of home. The host was responsive. Couldn’t ask for more. I’d stay here again on my next visit.

Nice Stay

It was a nice stay. The view was of construction of the street but I was told they’re fixing the streets for an upcoming race. But valet was great, the room was comfy and the pool was nice. I would recommend.

Bday weekend getaway

Room had just about everything you need. No paper towels or garbage bags but we made by. A bit outdated, cleaning in the bedroom could be better lots of dust on the walls and door above the closet door on the right. Remote for tv didn’t work, no batteries. Bed was very comfortable, location was great, amenities were awesome.

Housekeeping normally leaves extra paper products and more trash bags for those staying more than a few nights. And housekeeping is on property daily. If you had reached out to me I could have had anything you needed, included a new remote or batteries. If it was the remote in the bedroom you probably had the sensor in the desk blocked with the chair. Again, next time sound off so we can assist you! We have someone on call 24/7!
