The Villa offers amazing vistas of the sparkling Pacific Ocean, the Sierra Madre Mountains and a city of excitement. Set in the Historic zone, the villa was a longtime favorite of the Hollywood jet set, hidden in a neighborhood of gourmet rooftop restaurants, with the sweet sounds of the Mariachis across the tiled rooftops.
The colonial architecture, narrow alleyways of adventurous exploration and floral beauty on every corner characterize this property and the surrounding historic zone. All of this just a few blocks from the Malecon & the famous Cathedral of Guadalupe and a 15-minute walk to Los Muertos Beach & the Romantic Zone.
The villa was remodeled with a contemporary vision to showcase the owner’s fabulous art collection, while retaining the best of the traditional Mexican architecture. The almost perfect climate of Puerto Vallarta encourages outdoor living and Casa Tabachin is designed with that in mind, the main living, dining & kitchen flow onto an open concept living area.
There is a top-level terrace that has a Jacuzzi for 8 persons & outdoor living space great for sunsets, the spacious pool terrace is a great living space with wet bar, outdoor dining, full bath & sun lounges.
This property rents as 4 up to 8 Bedrooms. 6 Bedrooms are located in the Main Casa & 2 more plus extra entertaining space are located in the lower level of the villa. All rents are fully private villa and areas. Only the non rented bedrooms will remain locked after you choose your favourites.
This spacious villa has approx. 11,800 Sq. Ft. of indoor & outdoor living space and the pool is 32 X 23 Feet.
We include:
Chef for 2 meals per day. Sundays off

The properties we offer have something in common: Beautiful, well located, Mexican style decorated, and ample spaces for your comfort. Our Concierge will meet you at the airport and provide to you a private transfer to the villa where our staff will welcome you with snacks and drinks. Then, they will show you the rooms and you can make your selection. Our butler will take your luggage to each of your rooms.
