Comfortable Cabin with Amenities and Private Deck "Cabana" on the Lake

Welcome to North View Cabins on Houghton Lake! We have 3 cabins onsite; you can rent one or rent all three to accommodate your group. This is Cabin 1 where you can enjoy close waterfront access without the premium cost.

Cabin 1 is a 2-bedroom cabin, nestled near the shores of Houghton Lake. Take a few steps down the path right down to the lake and swimming area. New for this summer, includes your own private deck "Cabana" on the Lake with cooler, umbrella, chairs and tables. Bring your toys if you are in to trail riding or boating, mooring available. Includes access to private shore front, sandy bottom swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks. Cabin 1 sleeps 6, with a living room, full kitchen with breakfast bar and walkout to private brick paver patio and picnic table, sunny front deck, full bath, and sunroom with a surprisingly comfortable full futon. The first bedroom has a queen bed and Roku TV, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a Roku TV. You have your own fire pit, picnic table, and dining table/chairs outside, Includes complimentary firewood, and all linens except beach towels.

The trailhead is about 1.5 miles away and you can drive there directly and legally. Easy access to the frozen lake for ice fishing and ORV fun. Walk to anything you may need like grocery stores, bars, diners, and stores.
