Our cottage is located on the north side of Osoyoos Lake, Canada’s warmest lake. The southernmost town in British Columbia, Osoyoos is a popular destination all year.

Located in a gated community with tons of amenities, you may never want to leave the cottage. We provide complimentary golf cart access for weeklong stays (pending availability) so you can cruise around the community. You can also bring bikes to use and store them in our garage. Head to the Club House, where you can take advantage of a lovely outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and gym. Spend the day on the sandy beach (we have floaties for you to use), make use of the complimentary boat slip, and make a fire in a private built-in fire pit. There is plenty to do right in The Cottages community, but when you’re ready to explore the area, adventure awaits.

In the summer, enjoy sandy beaches, swimming, boating, fishing, and waterskiing. You can rent wakeboards, pontoons, or family boats for a fun lake adventure, or for a unique experience, visit Osoyoos Wibit Floating Water Park. Be sure to check out Osoyoos Farmers Market.

In Osoyoos, we are surrounded by award-winning wineries and farm-to-table restaurants. Visit Silver Sage Winery or plan a wine tour to explore the South Okanagan Wine Region to the fullest.
Most of the year, you can hike, bike, and golf at two unique 18-hole golf courses. Tour the area on horseback at Indian Grove Riding Stables or appease the thrill-seekers in your group at Rattlesnake Canyon, the Okanagan Valley’s best amusement park.

In the winter, you can ski or snowboard at Baldy Mountain Resort, the third highest elevation ski area in BC.

Living Spaces

This 2400-square-foot house has plenty of space to spread out. On the main level, you’ll find a completely open living space with sliding doors leading out to the lake-view patio. Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows make the space feel even bigger. The living room is cozy and professionally decorated with upscale furnishings centered around the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The huge coffee table makes the perfect setup for a game night.

On the lower level is a second living area, perfect for when you need your own space or if you want the kids to have their own play area. Gather on the cozy couch to watch a movie on the enormous flatscreen TV. There’s also a wet bar so you don’t have to go upstairs for a snack. A desk (and WiFi) makes it easy to check in with the office if you need to.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen and dining are completely open to the main level living area, so the chef can always be part of the action. The gorgeous kitchen is a chef’s dream, with stainless steel appliances, white shaker-style cabinets, a beautiful herringbone tile backsplash, and a large island with stool seating for those keeping the chef company. There are plenty of cabinets to store your groceries, and we’ve got spices, sugar, and coffee waiting for you.

When it’s time to dine, the beautiful wood table is steps away. With bench seating, it’s easy to fit a family of 6 or more.

Bedrooms & Baths
The luxurious bedrooms in this home are separated on two levels (two on the main level and two on the lower level). Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, so no one has to share. With a primary suite, an additional bedroom, and a living area on each level, two small families could each have their own space. There’s also a sleeper sofa on the lower level for additional guests.

Outdoor Amenities
Both the main level and lower level of this cottage feature patios with stunning views of the lake. On the main level patio, fire up the gas BBQ grill and dine al fresco. The outdoor dining table is set up on the covered part of the patio and even has a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights. Two brand-new lounge chairs make the perfect spot for sunbathing, and glass railings provide safety without obstructing the view.

The covered lower-level patio is arranged as an outdoor living room. Relax with a book in the shade on the plush outdoor sofa and armchair. Take a nap in the shade or watch the sunset with a refreshing drink.

Transit:

Guests will need car transportation for their stay.

Penticton is the closest airport. It is about a 45 min drive to Osoyoos. Other nearby airports include Kelowna, BC at 102.91 km, Pangborn Field, USA at 189.74 km, Fairchild AFB, USA at 207.12 km, and Vancouver - Abbotsford, BC at 211.37 km.
