Excellent property. One of the cleanest we’ve experienced. Great layout. Perfect for family fun. Close to everything in Gatlinburg and surrounding areas (Hiking, Fishing, Entertainment). Bears were VERY active in the area this time of year. Unbelievable views. Communication with host was timely. Overall 10/10.

This was a great house, with a great view, and bears to watch. Everything we needed to Cook with was there, the grill was clean and easily accessible, so we did not have to fight the crowds in Gatlinburgh or Pigeon Forge. We were a quick drive to the Smokies, and the large parking area helped with our large vehicle. Everything in the house was clean and welcoming and the host was great with communication.

It’s great to know the fully equipped kitchen, clean grill, and spacious layout made it easy and comfortable for your group to relax and enjoy meals at the cabin instead of dealing with the busy crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our family of 10 enjoyed the cabin in every way possible. We cooked in the fully stocked kitchen, we used the hot tub, and the fire table. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck and inside at the table. The 9-month-old used the highchair and the pack and play. The pool table was a hit with the guys, and the girls enjoyed watching a late-night movie. The house was clean from top to bottom. We enjoyed watching a few bears while safely inside.

Our stay at this house was exceptional. The house was exactly as described, and our family had a wonderful time together here. The furnishings are a perfect balance of quality and comfort. Everything in the house was in great working order, and we had no issues with anything. The location was wonderful. It is quite high up on the mountain, but the roads were not too difficult to manage, and it was very peaceful, and had beautiful views. We saw bears daily, which was very entertaining! Access to Gatlinburg and GSMNP was very easy, and the location allows you to enter the National Park without having to go into town at all. We took advantage of the grocery service offered by Cloud 9, and it was so convenient. When we arrived, the house was already stocked with all the groceries we had ordered, saving us so much time! Highly recommended! We would definitely return to this cabin for another vacation, and I would most definitely recommend it to others!
