Good views. The home met my expectations. It did have some quirks that comes to home with age and time. Not my favorite lake, however the house made me enjoy to the fullest

A great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed the house. It’s directly on the water and perfect for a day on the water. The house was clean and roomy enough for a large family. Would recommend this place tp anyone.

Nice house with good amenities

We enjoyed the house and visit to Hot Springs. The house had a great set of amenities with hot tub, media room, and game room/pool table. Very enjoyable stay!

Retreat

This was the perfect location for my annual retreat with my basketball team. We enjoyed it-- it was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed all the amenities from the movie theater, pool table, card table, and of course the kayaking.

Family Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed four generations celebrating Christmas together in this beautiful home. We appreciated the cleanliness and loved all of the amenities. We are already planning to return in the summer!

Fourth Celebration!

House is exactly as described. Wonderful location, easy water access. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

The house was beautiful and very clean! It had so many convenient amenities including life vests, kayaks, beach towels, cookware and a COFFEE BAR! Location is great and the house has so much charm.

Extended Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. Great location. The parking was tricky with the amount of people we had there. I did end up buying a set of washcloths because there wasn’t enough the everyone to shower. I did leave those for future guests. I would stay here again.

Girlfriend and kid’s trip

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend with our kids . The kids absolutely LOVED the house . Especially the pool table and the theater room . Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and also retreat to their own room when they wanted . The owners were exceptionally quick responding to messages, and the check in/ out process was effortless. Will definitely be staying here again !

Great spot for a good time on the water

This property was perfect for our group! With kids of all ages, being off the main part of the lake was great. They were able to kayak and paddle board without being around lots of other boats and jet skis. We also managed to make time for a movie in the movie room and play some of the games that were available in the house (pool table and board games). We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again if we come back the hot springs.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Thank you for a great place for our family to stay while we enjoyed the lake. Your home is lovely and provided all that we needed for a relaxing and memorable time. We used the paddle board and canoes when we weren’t on our own boat, so we appreciate the generosity. Everyone LOVED the media room!! Many games of pool were played while others were reading a book on the deck or cooking in the kitchen.

3 generation vacation

House was set up perfect for everyone to have their own space. Kids loved their own bunk room and the adults their own room with a king bed. We had one 16 year old that had his own room with a queen bed. We had 5 little ones that fished off the dock with hotdogs and caught little perch all afternoon. Game room, pool table, bar area was all great.

Birthday Celebration

We got the whole family together for my moms75th birthday. This was the perfect place to have it!! Everyone had a bathroom and bedroom. The kids never got bored bc of all the added bonuses like a movie room, pool table, and poker table. They also loved the kayaks and paddle boards that were available.

Family Vacation

Property locations was great. We loved the theater room, and had a family movie each night. The pool table and card table were both used tremendously during our stay. Our young adults loved the kayaks and paddle board and we we appreciative of those being included in the rental. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our space during the stay. This was a really great property for all ages, we had grandparents, parents, 20 somethings, and teens!

Very Disappointing

2 of the main bathrooms were out of service during our stay with raw sewage backing up . Host took hours to respond and it was only repaired on our last day. Porch doors weren’t functional, drier vents hot air into media room making it impossible to enjoy, master hot water faucet wouldn’t shut off…….too much more to list. This was our family vacation for all of our grown kids, grandkids and elderly parents. It’s hard enough to get family together when we all live in different states, then to have our gatherings ruined by a horrible stay. We come to Hot Springs every Summer, but I’ll never stay here again nor recommend it!

Hi Robert, As explained during your stay, when baby wipes and feminine products are flushed, the line will clog. I responded within an hour of you informing me of the issue. Since it was on the weekend, I could not get a plumber there until first thing Monday morning. The plumber found that in your attempt to pull the toilet, you broke the flange causing me a costly repair. The screened in porch was damaged by the record braking hail storm that Hot Springs suffered the week before. You were informed of this prior to your stay and chose to come anyway to enjoy the many other amenities the house has to offer. Your one bad review in over 200 excellent reviews across VRBO, and other booking platforms will not affect me or this listing. Your attempt to extort a refund from me in exchange for a positive review on VRBO on the other hand, is unethical, immoral, and obscene.

Great Home!!!

We LOVED this house so much! The view of the lake and all of the outside seating made for such a peaceful week. The theater room was a hit for the whole group. Definitely plenty of space for everyone and the bathrooms especially were really nice. It was fun to also use the paddle board and kayaks, as well as fish off the dock. Laura was always very fast to respond to any questions I had. A couple things of note for your stay. They did not have a griddle which would have been nice especially for cooking for multiple families. So bring your own if you’d like. Also the top floor was noticeably hotter than the main level. My kids were up there and often complained about how hot it was. To cool down the top floor I had to turn the AC down but then it made it pretty chilly on the main floor. Next time I’d bring a box fan for the top floor or just more blankets for those on the main floor.

Amazing Stay

The property is spacious with plenty of activity options. Also, it is conveniently located right on Lake Hamilton. The entire experience right from booking to stay and checkout had been fantastic. Laura was always there to answer any questions and take feedback. Will definitely consider this again next year.
