Come to Plum Island for a rental and stay at our newly renovated beach house. With daily sunset views, this house is walking distance to the Plum Island beach, Cottage Creamery, Plum Island Grille, Beachcoma, and now steps from the new Sunset Club. The house has two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bunk room that sleeps 4. This is a perfect spot to stay if you are looking to be close to Newburyport, great surfing, awesome birding, and gorgeous views of the Wildlife Preserve. Please send questions with any desired information about the Island, surrounding area or accommodations.

Wine and sunsets every evening

The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the location, an easy stroll to the beach, also conveniently located next to restaurants and activities. We spend time exploring the Crane Castle and shopping at farm stands. Kayaking is available in the town although plan ahead.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

My family had a lovely weekend at Andy’s house! The location is fantastic and in walking distance to a few restaurants and the beach. Great communication. Hope we can stay here again!

Sunsets

No need to leave the property- view the sunset from the deck. Walking distance to restaurants, provisions and beach. Comfy, nice decor- all your needs provided for.. Good communication with the owner. Double thumbs up!

Awesome stay!

My group of friends and I had a great stay!The house was as advertised and very clean. The house was in close proximity to bars and the beach.

Perfect relaxing weekend

This house was extremely clean, new and super comfortable. Slept 4 adults comfortably (we didn’t use the top bunks) Walking distance to the beach, beach club, multiple restaurants and convenient stores. We loved everything about it! Especially the view/sunsets off the deck. I’ll be booking again for next summer.

Beautiful house and great location!

The house is very well decorated and spacious. Close walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. Plenty of parking! Beautiful porch to eat and grill outside :)

Best vrbo experience ever!

This was the best experience ever! The pictures don’t do it justice, this place is big and was the perfect space to host our wedding party. The bedrooms were great and the separate downstairs area with the bunk beds worked out awesome. It’s right by this very fun bar all of us were able to walk to and the checkin-checkout process was effortless. Andy, the host, was incredible!! He was responsive, accommodating, and very kind and helped us every step of the way. If you’re considering getting this place, do it! You won’t regret it.

Lovey clean, fresh, nicely decorated house, with a great location close to wildlife, beach, and good walking, and a few useful stores and good restaurants.

This was the nicest experience ever. Owner communication was perfect, house was beautiful and clean and well equipped. It was even better than the photos and we had a super time! Recommend this home very highly!!

Plum Island Gem

A very comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated and appointed with everything you need. The view can’t be beat! Communication with the owner was easy - he was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying at this property again.
