2 BR, 2 bath condominium with amazing Lake of the Ozarks view. No stairs entry. Lots of amenities provided as we are the original owners and do not use a management company. Sleeps 8 people comfortably with plenty of storage. Sanitized and cleaned thoroughly for your families safety. Local restaurants and water sports close by. Lots of fun for the entire family. Lots of outdoor seating with Lakeview. Family games provided. We stock the fridge with ketchup, mustard, ranch and BBQ sauce. Coffee and creamer provided for the Bunn coffee pot with filters so you do t have to run to the store if you arrive late. Please NOTE: Property is for Sale & may be shown during your stay. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was really nice and decorated cute! It was overall fairly clean for the most part. The couch could use a vacuuming. And the walls/baseboards in main bathroom wiped down. But otherwise, no issues via cleanliness. The check in process was smooth and straight forward. All instructions etc would documented appropriately. Owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. One thing is it states that shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. However, this was not the case. At one time you can tell the dispensers were in place but 2 of them are missing and the 3rd is there but empty. Also, The bathroom off the master bedroom does splash water everywhere when in use. So water gets everywhere so make sure to have extra towels down. We did have issues with a large amount of flying tiny bugs on the property. They were everywhere. We left the light on in the kitchen the first evening and they covered the light and top of fridge. They were all over the back porch and unfortunately, the pool was infested with them. We were very much looking forward to swimming but the pool was so dirty and never cleaned it was impossible. I even attempted to skim out the one day and it was a loss cause. Certainly not the owner's fault by any means, just want others to be aware of, if taking walks, hanging out on the deck, or swimming in the pool are important to you as these bugs took over!!!

Very Nice

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. We’ve stayed in this subdivision a few times but this was the first time at this unit. It’s further away from the water than the other units but you still have views. There is only one TV in the whole unit which is fine if you are out and about a lot. It was crazy hot while we were there so we stayed in a lot and just enjoyed so another TV would have been nice. It was very relaxing overall and really did have everything we needed.

A Fun Week at the Lake!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean and spacious and had plenty of room for me and my husband and our four kiddos. We loved the extra touches, such as coffee and condiments and even a mini fridge with drinks. We ate every meal out on the back deck, and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. Our kids loved swimming in the lake and pools each day. Communication with the host was great, and she was very responsive to messages. We had a great week and would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Condo was just as described - beautiful. Loved there were no stairs to climb. Just park and walk straight in. Communication with owner was excellent. Instructions for arrival and departure were explained well. Very easy.

Fun for the whole family!

Our family of four visited Osage Beach for the first time last week, and it will be a place we return to for years to come! This property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Paula was quick to respond when I reached out and gave us the best recommendations from food to fun! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome stay!

Very clean and cozy place! Just a short walk down to the sandy beach (where we spent a lot of time) and the pool. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It was just what we were looking for and it was very clean. The property owner was very friendly and prompt with communications. The check-in process was very easy and being able to use a personal code for the keypad was extremely convenient. We would definitely visit again!

Summer get away

We had our annual getaway with my mom and 2 grown kids. This is our second time staying here. This is a great location and love the walk in no stairs. The beds are very comfortable and it’s always nice and cool.

Softball tourney trip

We were in town for a softball tourney and each of our families rented a condo at this location. Ours was by far the nicest!!! Such a cute set up, perfect for hauling in all our gear with no stairs, close to the pool and beach access. All around a great stay and would happily stay there again.

Comfortable, convenient

This condo at Ledges was very well cared for. It was fun to sit on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee with the views of the water. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Beautiful, spacious, and overly stocked!

We had an amazing stay at your condo! Our kids had the best time and we even got to relax a little! I was surprised at how overly stocked the condo was! It was absolutely beautiful, spacious(considering we had my husband, myself, and our 6 kids- all ranging from ages 13-2), and so comfortable! The kids loved the pool and beach access!! They even had beach toys and a play place for the kids to play on!! Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your condo and appreciate the hospitality!! We will definitely rent this space again when we come back down to the Lake!!

Relaxing

The place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed. Paula was great to work with and responded back very quickly and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything we needed was provided. It is centrally located to everything and a quite area. Will definitely stay there on our next trip!!!

Great stay

The condo was a perfect stay for a family of 5. Nice and clean. Any questions we had were answered right away. Loved the beach and fishing off the docks. Great location over all. Would stay here again.

A little getaway

Paula’s condo was fantastic! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable and nice size bedrooms. The condo was nice and cool. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was no problem and right in front of condo. Loved being able to walk right in. We would just drive the car to the pool area and park. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Home away from Home

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was warm and welcoming! There was never a moment that we didnt feel safe. There was a binder that included everythig we needed to know about the property. Other items that had great ideas for where to eat. We didnt have any issues. When we had a question, Paula was quick to respond. The pool was warm and the lake was not really that cold (which for us was amazing). This is definitely a destination and place we hope to revisit and stay at again in the future.

Get Away

The condo was very clean and well stocked!!! It was centrally located to everything and had a view of the lake!!! The Property Manager was very easy to contact and kept in contact with us when we had questions and made sure we were settled in!!

Dr Bradley & Paula Richey of Richmond, MO. We purchased this condo in n 2018 and now want to share it with others. We are lake lovers and we hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do. We setup our rental the way we would want to find it. Clean, sanitary and stocked with some essentials. We provide coffee, reamer, sugar, bottled water and some refreshments so you don’t have to run to the grocery store right away. We’ve also stocked the bathrooms with toiletries and shower items. We have a beverage refrigerator.
