Nice clean home - everything was as advertised. Lovely neighborhood, easy access with parking for two cars and check in/check out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Place

This was the perfect getaway for my family to visit us while they met our newborn son. It was clean & beautifully setup to have family dinners. Also, walking around the neighborhood was quaint & perfect to take-in all the various views of the area. Would love to stay here again with my family.

This was our 2nd stay. We love the location, the house and the amenities. As another family member said: a hotel is cold, where as this house has a soul! Owner is quick to respond to questions or concerns.

Wonderful 4-day, 3 night stay in this perfect location. Exactly as described: fully stocked, very clean, beautiful yard, quick walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to needs. Highly recommend.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Property was in a beautiful setting just a short walk to a private beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kaios was a good host with good communication. The property was a perfect home base for visiting the Cape and surrounding area.

lovely outdoor space

We had a lovely stay at Kaios’s cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor space just wonderful! We loved sitting on the private deck with woods and wildlife around us. There is access to a swimming beach just 5” walk away .

Pleasant and Inviting rental

Our host was always response and engaging. The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Great community with lots to do. The New Bedford offerings were great! I would rent again.

Serene, beautiful, comfortable home.

Walk to town and enjoy excellent food and the best ice cream in MA. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, zen-like atmosphere amidst trees and flowers. Walk to private family beach where there is safe swimming, life guards and sand to dig in. Quiet air conditioners keep home cool when the weather gets hot but the sea breezes waft in all day. We could not have enjoyed this property more and the owner is delightful. TEN STARS.

Very comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel like I hit the jackpot in its location. I felt totally safe. I took a lovely walk to a village, Padarama (sp?), and hit the local yarn shop. Met friends at Sailing Loft for lunch. Great place. The house was warm (I’m up from Florida) which was a delight. I would definitely stay here again.
