We stayed in the midst of August and had 0 issues with the house being too hot, it was very comfortable. The house was gorgeous, clean, and had a lot of charm. The property management company was fabulous about communicating. There were a few MINOR things such as the ice maker was incredibly slow… but this did not impact our stay whatsoever, we just bought a bag of ice from Circle K which is 2 minutes from the house. The house was in the perfect location to get to any nearby tourist areas such as the Chapel, popular hiking trails, and restaurants within 10-15 minutes every time. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return to Sedona. I highly recommend this house!

Thank you, Kathryn, for such a wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the home gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and full of charm, even during your August stay. We’re also glad our team’s communication made your experience smooth and that the convenient location made it easy to explore Sedona’s attractions, hiking trails, and restaurants. We appreciate you mentioning the slow ice maker and are happy it didn’t impact your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to Sedona!

The house is a great size in a good location on the south end of Sedona. It's ideal for hiking near Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and for visiting the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It's not far into the rest of Sedona. We were surprised that no reviews mentioned that the main bathroom does not have a door separating it from the main bedroom.

Hi Lisa, thank you so much for the detailed review and for highlighting our location! We are thrilled that the home's proximity to Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross made it a great base for your Sedona hiking adventures. We also appreciate you bringing up the main bathroom layout. We understand that open-concept bathroom designs aren't for everyone, and guest privacy is very important to us. We are updating our listing description and photo gallery to clearly show the open primary suite layout so future guests have full clarity before booking. We loved hosting you and hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Sedona!

My family of 5 had a great time in Sedona and the house was great. Very clean. Very good communication. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but then realized there were controls both in the house and out at the pump. The pool table got used a lot which was a bonus. Overall great stay!

Absolutely amazing, that’s all we can say about this great house with tons of room with every amenity you’ll ever need. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall just added to it. The Hot tub was great and it was just outside of the master bedroom just down the outdoor stairway with great lighting everywhere. The kitchen was wonderful, and totally stocked as far as pans, dishes, and everything you would need. The kitchen table is huge. It could easily hold eight people. It was just my wife and me for eight days, and it was very hard to leave. The house would be very comfortable for two couples with children. The house was located in a beautiful area as soon as you get into Sedona, there’s a beautiful drive from there into the city of Sedona, not too far but the scenery on the way is absolutely amazing. Overall, my wife and I 100% recommend this house to anybody who would love to get away and relax.

From relaxing by the pool and waterfall to enjoying the hot tub, spacious kitchen, and beautiful surroundings, it sounds like you truly made the most of your time here. We especially appreciate your kind words about the home’s comfort, amenities, and location — Sedona’s scenery really is something special, and we’re glad it added to your experience. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing to stay with us. We would be honored to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway! Warm Regards, Casago Team

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.
