With 972 square feet of living space, this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, and the living room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step out onto your private balcony and breathe in the fresh greenbelt and try to spot the family of deer that live in the area!

This condo boasts a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a swim in the shared pool or soak in the heated jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing. Inside the condo, you'll find a 100-inch projector for movie nights and a Roku in guest mode so you can log in to your own streaming services for the duration of your stay. Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay connected during your visit, and a Keurig coffee maker is available for your morning cup of joe.

One parking spot is provided inside the gate for your convenience. Linens, towels, basic toiletries, toilet paper, K-cups, dishwasher detergent, washing detergent, and pots and pans are all provided to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to popular destinations like The Domain and Arboretum, which offer a wide variety of shopping and dining options. While there is very little public transportation nearby, driving to these locations is a breeze.

Upon check-in, house rules and guidelines will be provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll also receive a 4-digit pin that will work for the duration of your stay for added security. There is a minimum stay of 30 days, but there's no maximum stay, so settle in and make yourself at home!
