Wonderful property and hosts! We didn’t get to explore the property amenities as we were out and about in Branson. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! The drive along the golf course as you enter the community is very beautiful. We did not partake of any of the amenities that were offered there as we were spending too much time doing all the activities in the Branson area. It is conveniently located near to the main strip but still off the beaten path just enough. The condo itself was spotless and lovely. It has a home away from home charm. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable… I wanted to take it home. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals there before heading out into the Branson world. The view from the back porch was fascinating… I never knew how much the rise and fall of the water level occurred on Lake Taneycomo. Seeing all the different birds and deer was very relaxing to watch. We did head down to the waters edge at the park in the community and kayaked with our own personal kayak. That made for enjoyable mornings on the lake. It was fun observing the fly fishermen do their thing. Christene and Scott are amazing and attentive hosts. They were very quick to answer any questions. Our 35th wedding anniversary was definitely one to remember spending it here! Hope to be able to come back again soon! We would definitely choose this place again.

Our family of four, along with our Goldendoodle, traveled from Texas and stayed at this condo for four nights.Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in and check-out instructions were seamless. I have absolutely no complaints about the booking process or communication with the host.As for the condo itself, our overall impression was that it felt dated and worn. The condo was clean, but the wear and tear affected the overall feel of the space. For example, the bar stool seats were ripped, the master bath tub has jets that are not in working order (with black/brown staining inside jets), the sunroom had an unpleasant, musty smell upon arrival and a previously stained rug.One thing to note is that the sunroom is not air-conditioned. When we arrived, the door was closed, and the room was extremely warm. The view was one of the main reasons we chose this property, so we were disappointed to find that several of the windows were so foggy that it was difficult to see through them. If you have younger kids-note there are no window screens. Ultimately, these things may not bother everyone, and I recognize that preferences vary. However, we prefer accommodations that feel newer or have been completely remodeled. Given our personal preferences, we would not choose to book this property again.The host and booking experience were great, but the condition and overall feel of the condo were not the right fit for our family.

Great Stay!!

Christene and Scott were excellent hosts, very accommodating and nice. The rental is cute and cozy, and had a great view. Perfect for our weekend get away!

Wonderful experience

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the owners were excellent with communication, and the view was spectacular. Our kids absolutely loved being out in the sunroom, especially the rocketship tent! We would absolutely love to come back!

One of our Fav Condos.... we have been going to Branson, in particular PT Royale, for over 13 years. This is probably our fav, bc there is a great sunroom w a wonderful view of Taneycomo. But, there are lots of other reasons. Mainly we can take our youngest, Oliver, our 7 yr old Parti Poodle! Everything is comfy from the couch & chairs to the king size bed. We didnt cook but it looked like we cud have. The condo's not fancy but very homey & comfortable, and has everything you will need. Even the towels are nice & thick. We went the week of Memorial Day & were surprised (and delighted) that this one was available. The only thing that could have been better is if we didnt have to go up a flight of stairs! We r getting old enuff that it is a chore, but worth it. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo ! (And yes, the hostess is easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond.) enjoy!

Great getaway

Condo was spacious and comfortable located in a very nice community. Beautiful view and great access to pool and other activities. You get the tranquil relaxing feeling but within a very short drive to all the local attractions.

Great Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Communication before and during stay was great. Rental was as presented and the view of the Lake was awesome. Enjoyed the sun room every morning. Pool and lake both within walking distance. Made our time away great. Quiet location. Thank you!

Memorial Day stay.

Properly was nice. Furniture needs replaced. Mold and musty and back porch. Couldn’t sit out there.
