My wife and myself along with my sister and brother in-law met here for 5 days just to get away mini vacation. The place was clean and peaceful right on the bank of lake Tanycomo. We spent the weekend letting the women shop and checking out some of the many attractions that were minutes away. Loved this place and location. Top notch!

This was a great get away condo on the first floor next to the river. Nice and clean and easy to move into. It would have been nice to have some condiments like coffee, creamer and water. The grounds were clean and hiking trails were great. We would definitely stay again. A rare find!

This condo was everything as advertised. It was very clean. The location was great. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful and great lake views with fishing right down the hill behind the condo. Tracy, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. She responded immediately when we needed to contact her. The golf course was fun to play, and you get a great stay and play rate. You also must have breakfast in the club house restaurant. The food was very good, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 4th time staying at Point Royale, and this condo was not disappointing! Everything was clean, it was close to the water and mostly quiet, with the exception of the running and stomping upstairs, which is unavoidable when you’re in a bottom unit. Would recommend!
