My house is my favorite place in the world. Beautifully UPDATED it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, huge POOL, huge Smart TV, and OVERSIZED dream backyard. All this is in Indian Rock beach area! This home has beautiful curb appeal with new modern furniture, professional design and tropical landscaping. Upon entering through the grand double doors you will love my ideas for this house. Decor, luxury vinyl flooring, modern lights and all that this place has to offer are for your comfort. Updated Kitchen with high-end Granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Dining room is open to the kitchen with sliding glass door that accesses the covered patio overlooking your expansive POOL and backyard. Spacious Primary suite has a walk-in closet. The bathroom also has a door leading outside into the backyard for your convenience. 2 King size beds, 2 twin, 1 sofa bed.
Close to Beaches, trail, parks, Seminole Mall, restaurants and much more!

Great villa. Communication with owner were excellent and very helpful to make sure your stay was top notch. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Only 10 mins to the beach and less than that to shops , restaurants and takeaways

dolphin house

Myself, my son and 2 of his friends (all 17) stayed the week and thoroughly enjoyed the house, pool and location. Very easy to get places, loved the access to the walking trail, grocery store, etc.

Beautiful place

This house was perfect for our family. Location was great. Pool area nice and big. House layout was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely rent this again!

Glad we chose the Dolphin house

Our overall experience was great!! And the house was clean spacious, and the backyard is absolutely inviting for spending time in the pool or just lounging by the pool, whether in the sun or under the covered area cabana. We highly recommend the dolphin house. Thank you Nataly and Vitaly for your hospitality.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool and outdoor living space was perfect for our family and where we spent the majority of our time, when we were not at the beach. The inside of the home was very clean and spacious. The home owner was easily accessible and responsive, which I greatly appreciated! We would love to return to this vacation home again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Amazing

The owners were very responsive to our booking questions and so nice The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the garage had everything you would need for a day at the beach from beach chairs to a tent, wagon, and cooler. We will definitely be back soon

Owner wanted to charge extra fee!!!

Everything in the property was like in the pictures. The only thing I did not like is when the owner tried to accuse me for incorrectly booking the amount of guests that would re-at the property and send me a bill for almost $400. I had to send her proof that my sister had rented another property and she canceled the payment. I wish she would’ve communicated with me first before trying to charge me. It just made everything very uncomfortable and I was ready to come home. I definitely will not be booking with her again

Never again will I have these guests in my house. They treated my property disrespectfully and violate my important house rule (no noise after 10pm). Guests were screaming outside and running around the house after 10pm and ringing the doorbell about 10 times in an hour... I had to check the ring bell camera, suspecting that something strange was going on. So I saw that about 8-10 people were running and jumping in my flower bed with bushes and flowers that I planted near my house for comfort and beauty. I also found that many more people were coming in and out of my house than booked. I felt deceived and wrote about it to the guest. After that, I sent a request to pay for additional guests. After talking with the guests, I decided to cancel the additional payment, believing them that the extra people are their guests. But my overall impression about the guests remained negative. Not surprisingly, they were not happy with my remark about violating the rules of the house.

Beautiful area to be in!

Was a lovely place. But there wasn't any containers to store left over food, not a clean cookie sheet or cake pan. No measuring cups. Maybe in the garage have a drying rack! The decore was very nice. Better communication and maybe not count on the car that we told she would rent. Last minute she told us she rented to someone else. At Christmas in Florida cars were being rented for $2000 and up. So the one she had forvour family was $70.00 a day $490 for the week. So beware. Also never spoke once to her which would have been nice. She said her English wasn't the best. I gave her my phone # 3 times she could have just said Hello! When I mentioned the sheets and towels weren't clean she seemed upset but we were upset because at 10 pm when we were going to bed we had to wash sheets! The good definitely out weighed the things we didn't like but all in all a nice vacation. Maybe after reading this post they will add a few things to the kitchen. Maybe a nice Welcome note to the tenants since she couldnt speak good Engish! In the past we felt so Welcome in the homes we rented.

I have been in this business for 3 years and this is the first time I met the guests who were unhappy with everything. For some reason, they washed clean linen that was already clean prior to their arrival. They didn’t officially reserve a car but simply asked if it was possible to rent our car. Since no confirmation nor a payment for a car were received from these guests, the car was rented to other guests who confirmed reservation and immediately paid for the service. Of course, we could not rent a car to two families for the same days. These guests wanted a heated pool when they booked my house. We had a few months before their arrival and we decided to satisfy their wish. We urgently bought a heater for our huge pool for their comfort. We had to pull pipes underground, our workers did a tremendous job. We spent over $10,000 to have the heater plugged in before they arrived. We tried to do everything for the comfort of these guests. But they did not appreciate this and on the very first day they started complaining that they did not have a cake mold (which is not something most rentals provide). These are ungrateful and always dissatisfied guests. My assistant came to them and called them numerous times to respond to their numerous requests. They demanded things that we never promised them in the description of the house and in the photo gallery (for example, measuring spoons). I would definitely not recommend these guests to anyone.

The property was unique in its space. The decorative feel was welcoming, however, I was unaware of the laundry list of rules and regulations that would be set forth prior to arrival. Some I definitely understand, but there are definitely others where it had me scratching my head. I respect the boundaries and I understand some rules but the rules set forth for this property make me wonder, why is this home up for VRBO if you feel like you must walk in eggshells the entire time you are staying there.The ambiance of the residence is great but if kids aren’t allowed to be kids, why allow families with kids if they can’t play. As one of the rules are “don’t play in the residence near decor” (there is decor everywhere in the residence) This home is designed to accommodate couples, or someone looking to just relax at night. During this stay, we were so afraid of something happening, we literally paid to sleep there. Never used the pool, never used the residence for a vacation home, just a place to sleep. My kids are respectful, I would hate for someone to rent this home with kids who want to be kids. I say all this to encourage anyone who books in the future to be cautious with booking as there is A LAUNDRY LIST of rules that you are expected to follow.

The property is in a great location, central to everything we wanted to explore. The interior is clean with a well appointed kitchen. It is Florida and the mosquitos around the open pool area will be noticeable. The communication with the host was great prior to our expected stay giving all checking and checkout information to make our vacation as stress free as possible. The host seems to be diligent in maintaining the property going as far as to have pest maintenance done on our arrival day and pool maintenance during our stay. Communication of the performed and impending maintenance would have been appreciated prior to our arrival. With that said, when we reached out to the host they were responsive taking steps to ensure that our vacation staying as stress-free and on track as possible.While there were a few bumps as you can expect in a rental, the host worked with us to resolve the issues.

Bachelorette party

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen and pool were perfect for our girls trip. It was a little tight to sleep 11 grown adults. The host was extra accommodating to make sure we all slept comfortably. Great communication and hospitality.

Great Stay at Dolphin House

My family and I had a wedding and some business to take care of in St. Pete.'s and needed a place stay all on one level. We found the house to be better than we had thought. Very tastefully decorated, very clean and all in great working order. The kids enjoyed the pool and we had the ability to have meals together as a family. The owner was has a great outlined usage notes and communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house.

Great home enviroment

The home was very clean and larger than it appears in the pictures. Everything was well-maintained. The property owner was very polite with all of our interactions and I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.
