Great house and host! The property was clean and well maintained. My family had a great time hanging out together on the covered patio and playing ping pong. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful 2-night stay in this home. The host was readily available whenever I had a question and was very attentive. Really liked this property for two older couples traveling because there were 2 King beds and 2 separate baths.

House had plenty of room for 3 couples and an infant and. Service dog. We had exactly 6 towels for 7 people, or so we thought. We figured we would use a beach towel. We washed the throw blanket in living room so the baby could lay on it. When I went to put in the drier I found more towels, so I folded them and put in the clothes basket for the cleaners to put away. It would be nice to have more than 3 coffee mugs for a 4 bedroom house. Check-in and check-out were easy. We stripped beds even though we didn’t have to. The mattress pads need to be washed each time when the sheets are washed. Overall it was fine.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The home is very spacious and ideal for a big group.The location is super convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our host Ryan was amazing—very responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. Communication was smooth and easy, which made our stay completely stress-free. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.Would definitely love to come back!

The property had everything we needed for our stay, from a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable rooms and plenty of space. There was and lots to do for entertainment and the house is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

home was very clean and ready for use. TV in the back bedroom would not connect to the internet. plumbing problem, but i think it was due to a previous tenant. we were able to resolve.

My parents and our dogs were on this trip and we had a wonderful stay. Ryan was a prompt communicator and very helpful. The house met and exceeded our needs. The yard was great for dogs and being fenced in was awesome. The neighborhood was convenient to the beach and stores. Overall, I would definitely recommend and we will plan to come back. Thank you Ryan!

Spacious house on a quiet street. Beds comfy and king size in each of the three rooms a plus. Ping pong great for the kids. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. Host communicates well and made sure we were happy. Thank you!

Great Stay!

The house is very cute and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had plenty of room for my extended family! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood

Our host was very good about communication and making sure we had what we needed for our stay. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to and from the beach and other attractions.

We had a great time here and we LOVED the yard for our dogs. Staying at this property made it possible to travel with them which was a huge plus for us! Everything was clean and comfortable and a lot of it looked recently renovated. We appreciated having four bedrooms so all of us could fit comfortably. Would highly recommend!

This was a perfect location for us. We stayed a whole week to go to the beach. We were 6 adults and 3 children. There were enough beds for all. The kitchen was well stocked.Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very functional and clean.There is a washer and dryer onsite that we used daily. Super useful.Things to improve: One thing that could have been better would be to have a designated with a mosquito net area to chill outside. The patio set could be updated too. One of the two was not comfy.We lacked utensils and plates for such a big group. We bought disposables so not a huge deal but still.Hot water stopped working after 3 days and there was a water leak in the bathroom. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. We realized the breaker had to be restarted and it was a quick fix for the hot water. The leak we were able to fix it with the owner’s recommendations as well.Overall I would recommend this house. Very well located, clean and super functional for a big group. We cooked every day and the house was perfect for our needs.

Exactly what we needed

Small work group working in the area code a couple of days. We needed a nice comfortable place to stay and unwind in the evenings. This property fit that description perfectly, and the host was always on point before I ever needed to ask anything. Highly recommend.

Close to beaches and Tampa

The location was close to beaches and not far from Tampa. The house could use some simple touches, both inside and out, to make it warm and inviting. The owner was quick to reply when I booked the home and before our arrival. We appreciate the use of your rental!

Wonder BnB!

Ryan was so great, even from the beginning. He always responded to my messages and made sure to provide me with every detail I would need in order to enjoy my stay. I went with a group of friends for a birthday and we all agreed that the house & property were beautiful. Everything was clean & we had no complaints. I would definitely book from Ryan again!
