Johan is a great host, very responsive and detailed, with instructions on how to self check in and access the parking garage (which was very handy!). You can tell that he put a lot of thought and care into decorating the apartment, all with the seahorse/blue theme. He left ample supplies and toiletries for us to use, and even provided a bottle of rosé, which we enjoyed. All in all, highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment!

We had a good stay in Avignon. Very clean, quiet, and well supplied, everything that we could possibly need was on site. Host was very responsive with a few questions. Good location for walking around the old city.

Host is considerate; nice touches in place to make guests feel comfortable. However shower is very small, bedsheets are uncomfortable, towels rub off blue fibres and bedrooms are extremely hot as AC is only in living room

Wonderful apartment with many thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, paper towels. The many light options in the living room made for relaxing evenings too. Perfect host!

Great place!

This was a beautiful apartment and we had a great time staying there. We wish the host could have met us there to inform us about how everything worked… The heater, the TV, etc. We were so thankful to have a nice garage to put our car in, but wish we had been closer to the activity of the town.

Very well located apartment within the old city walls. With garage parking!Overall a very clean and well stocked apartment. The only issue we had was the extreme high temperatures going on while we were there. There was air conditioning in the living room and two cooling towers that helped a lot, along with the roll down shades on nearly all of the windows. Unfortunately the kitchen did not have a roll down shade and that room was always way too warm except in the very early morning hours. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay here and found the location to be very convenient to exploring Avignon or taking a day trip to see more of the Provence region. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. They even had a little welcome basket for us with some regional treats, water and soap!

We had a wonderful two week stay in Johan’s beautiful apartment. We travel frequently and I can say with all honesty that this was the best configured rental property we have stayed in. Everything was there, including oil and vinegar and many other staples in the kitchen as well as a bathroom with wonderful shampoos and body washes and soap and conditioner for the washing machine. We simply unpacked and felt at home immediately. The addition of the garage made it perfect for our stay. For future visitors, we had a Ford.Kuger which was the perfect size for the garage. And because there was an elevator, we were able to handle our luggage easily into and out of the building. Avignon is a wonderful location for wandering on foot and the car enabled us to explore further afield. Our grateful thanks to Johan for his hospitality. Lauren and Geoffrey.

Vraiment bien situé, l’appartement a une cuisine très bien équipée. La communication avec Johan a été hyper simple et les réponses furent rapides. Le garage est très pratique. L’expérience a été excellente. Merci pour tout.

Notre arrivée s'est faite sans soucis. L'appartement est vaste conforme à la description. La cuisine est très bien équipée (l'une des meilleures que nous ayons eue). La documentation pour la vie courante est claire et précise, elle est accompagnée de conseils pour la visite d'Avignon et des environs. En cours de séjour nous avons eu des réponses immédiates aux SMS que nous avons envoyés.La vue sur la rue des écoles est agréable. Nous avons visité Avignon entièrement à pieds. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Wie immer nichts ist perfekt, die Duschkabine im Bad ist nicht die beste Lösung und verkalkt. Problematisch, der üble Geruch der Kanalisation in der Toilette. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dieser toll gelegenen Wohnung. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsseübergabe klappten perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés innerhalb der Stadtmauer kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Doppelbett für die Eltern war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu schmal.

Absout perfekt !

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt braucht. Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Handtücher dick und flauschig, Betten absolut bequem. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wie zu Hause. Und wenn man dann zur Begrüßung noch eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank findet und überall liebevoll aufgestellte Begrüßungs-Kärtchen, dann fühlt man sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die andere Seite (Villeneuve-Lès-Avignon) mit weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten. Wir haben das eigene Auto nur einmal für einen Einkauf genutzt, besser geht es nicht, wenn man eine Stadt in Ruhe erkunden will. Einchecken und Austausch mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls super. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für diesen gelungenen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Avignon ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent apartment

This is a wonderful, centrally located apartment where the owner has truly thought of everything. It is equipped with all the essentials and more, with all the equipment being new and specially purchased for guests. The apartment is tastefully decorated, creating a homey atmosphere. Thank you, Joan, for doing such a fantastic job! C'est un appartement magnifique situé au centre où le propriétaire a vraiment pensé à tout. Il est équipé de tous les éléments essentiels et bien plus encore, tous les équipements étant neufs et spécialement achetés pour les clients. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup du goût, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse. Merci Joan pour ce travail fantastique!
