New 2021 home 3 BR, PEACEFUL GETAWAY Ozark

This is a new home build in 2021, everything in the house was bough new.
For your convenience we took care of the little things like USB changers by each bed, soft close lids on the toilets, to big things like 70 inch TV, new mattress and beds, new sofa, everything is new in the kitchen.
We offer more than any hotel and make the best of what is being included, please do not expect to have everything that your home does have, this is a nightly rental after all.
For your protection we recently installed 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house 3 are on the front of the house and 1 on the back house. No indoor cameras are installed. We are not allowed pets, or services animale inside the house.

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed. 

No pets allowed.

No shoes inside the house

No unregistered guests allowed. 

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

Please respect the noise curfew. 

Please turn off the AC when you go out.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

Please take the trash out before you leave.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

We provide the absolute essentials for a comfortable stay. Please note that any additional personal items or specific necessities outside of the basics will need to be purchased on your own.

This was perfect for our crew. We were in the area for baseball. Sands up the road was great for breakfast. The view of all the fireworks from the back deck was a bonus! Would recommend, and we will remember this if we should come back to the area.

Very well maintained, very well supplied and rental access to property very convenient. Ozark is a very nice community, Another guest staying on this trip plans to rent again in May if available.

We had a wonderful stay at this easily accessible home. Our host, Mihaela, was so accommodating! The beds were so comfortable, and we were near all the shops we came to enjoy!

We were in Ozark/Springfield area for Missouri State softball games. We were able to get this VRBO for 3 nights for the same price for one night in a hotel! Quite the deal. House was very nice!

This was our 2nd stay at this property, it fit our family size needs very well. The host has great communication and is very timely. A couple of things to note is that there is no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no paper towels, no trash bags, or extra toilet paper provided, there are shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the showers but they are empty. Go prepared with these items so you can wash your dishes and take out the trash. There are also only 2 hand towels provided, plenty of bath towels and one kitchen towel, as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans, but we found many of the dishes in the cupboards had been put away dirty, so once we purchased the dishwasher soap we re-washed several loads of dishes.
