Great condo

The condo was great. Loved the location, amenties and the condo was so clean. Had everything we needed and the owner was great at answering any questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again.

Second stay

This is our second time staying in this condo and it is truly one of the best parts of our trip. It’s super clean, Angela is great to communicate with, the view is beautiful and it is centrally located. The first time we came they were doing construction and this time (the second time) we got trapped in the elevator & the local fire department had to come get us out. The other elevator was broken the whole trip (which was a week and there were only two elevators). I understand things happen and we were just unlucky. The condo itself is great, the property could use some technical improvements :) We will be staying here again because we love the communication and the condo so much!

The condo was very cute with a beautiful view. Very clean and stocked with anything you would need. It is very close to local entertainment, grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Sea Glass

This was my first experience using VRBO and we were not disappointed! This condo is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, the view is stunning and you are right on the beach! It was so clean and I am very picky about that! Communication with the owner was great, very responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

This condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf. It was extremely clean and in a great location. We have no complaints! The beach access was private and the pool was great! We would love to stay there again! The construction of the second phase did not bother us at all. The workers stayed out of everyone’s way and were very polite.

The facility is beautiful and the access to the beach with top notch. I love the area and the beach was not crowded at all for a memorial day weekend. Angela was very attentive to any questions I had, and was so prompt. I will be back to her unit and refer all of my friends. Thank you Angela for a wonderful weekend. !!

Perfect locatio

Condo was very nice and new. Beds were comfortable. You cant get any closer to the sand. It will be extremely nice when all the construction is done. The pool is really nice.

Buyer Beware

I have been staying in condos in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for the last 10+ years, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write. This condo looks nothing like the online photos. When we pulled up, we didn’t even recognize it. When they say there is construction, they mean that the whole condo complex is still being built. There is a section of condos in the back that have been completed but you’d never guess that the place was inhabitable, & it shouldn’t be. Even when completed, the complex is not going to look like the photo in this listing. There are construction guys working all around the pool. My biggest concern was an extension cord dangling above the hot tub/pool area. It’s definitely an electrocution hazard. (Not that you’d want to use the hot tub since the water was lukewarm.) The half bath fan and dining chandelier don’t always come on when you flip the switch. Maybe a wiring issue? Construction vehicles blocked the parking area. Other than the pool/hot tub, this condo offers no amenities. No indoor pool, no exercise room, no tennis court. (Things other condos at this price point offer.) We knew this, but assumed it must be a wonderful condo, based on the price. It wasn’t. The primary bedroom has a window but you can’t open the blind because outside the window is the hallway outside the front door with people walking by. The second bedroom should not even be considered a bedroom. There is no closet and no window. There is nowhere to store clothes. The room is closed off by a pocket door that doesn’t close tightly offering little privacy. There is only one shower/tub in this condo and it’s small. It has an awkward Jack and Jill situation between the primary bedroom and the hallway. We couldn’t find a way to turn on the fireplace. Despite the construction, the condo is small. At this price point, you can get much nicer condos elsewhere, with many amenities, a primary bedroom with a view and en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. We feel like we were misled and sold a false bill of goods. The online photos are not what you get. Even when the condo is completed, it won’t be worth what they’re charging.

Under construction

Checking in I was blocked by a tractor and could not get to parking space. Getting up to the unit it was surrounded by construction and unfinished units. The pool area was completely surrounded by construction and seemed unsafe. In the morning we woke up to early morning construction drills and loud banging. Once this condominium is done it will be beautiful. But for the price I paid I expected there to be less inconvenience.

Exactly as advertised!

Our family of 4 had a great Spring Break vacation! The condo was exactly as advertised and was the perfect size for two adults and two children. The views were amazing and it was so convenient to be right on the beach. We also loved the pool and hot tub. There was construction going on but it was really only noticeable while enjoying the pool. We would definitely return and recommend for a small family!

Nice location and view

Nice place. The only big downside was the very present construction of phase 2. The sea view and easy beach access made up for it. Some notes that could help the listing: the coffee maker is a Keurig machine, so purchase pods accordingly. It has under cabinet lighting, but didn’t find the hidden switch in the cabinet above the microwave until checking out. Unlike other rentals we have had in other places, this condo has nothing left over from previous visitors- no sugar, salt, oil, seasonings, or laundry detergent. As listed, only one of each consumables were provided (dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags). They had a couple low beach chairs and another couple folding chairs to use.

Great Decor

Excellent condo unit with great decor. Great location. Downside was major construction at Sea Glass. Noisy and we picked up many nails in the driveway to the parking garage. This complex will be great when construction is complete.

Beautiful View!

This is such a nice condo...it was one of our favorites that we have stayed in for the overall experience. The living area was surprisingly spacious and nicely furnished (we loved the reclining swivel chairs in the living room). The tall windows stretching all the way across the wall gave great views of the ocean and were a definite wow factor. We liked that the building itself was relatively small (four levels) compared to some of the high rises nearby. It made it much easier for parking and access to the property and the beach. We parked right under our building and we could literally step right on the beach once we got to the ground floor (no long board walks or walking through the complex to get to the beach). Everything about it was so simple. The pool looked nice but was closed for the season. The condo is pretty new. As you will see in all the rest of the reviews there is still a lot of construction going on as the other phases of the complex are still being completed (currently only framed out during our stay so a long way to go). We weren't bothered by it, though it was being worked on all day everyday. It was only a bit awkward actually driving into the property as the construction crews were often occupying the driveway with equipment or material but they were quick to move out of the way to let us through. At one point they actually tried to direct us to drive under a forklift that was holding up a beam which we declined to do (I work in construction and that is a big safety 'nope'). Once all this is done this is going to be a gem! Great location right in the middle of everything going on in the area! The owner was really responsive and made the check in and check out process really simple and easy. Thanks for letting us use the property, we really enjoyed it!

Cozy Retreat

A beautifully decorated, cozy condo. The small complex offers that “at home” feel and it’s centrally located to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Angela is a great host and very accommodating! We will return and refer to friends and family.

I have so many memories of growing up on the Gulf Coast. From deep sea fishing to just hanging out on the beach with friends and family, those were the best of times. After graduating from a local high school, I moved to a big city where I met my Michigan native husband. We are so happy to be able to enjoy this area again with our children and extended family.

We own 2 other condos (Serenity I & Serenity II) in Orange Beach at Phoenix West II. As much as we love the PW2 large scale building and amenities, this property really appealed to us because it is lower density and a more quiet experience. Best of both worlds!
