Welcome to our beachfront condo where the beach has sugar white sand and emerald-green water. This luxury 12th floor unit offers 1 bedroom , 1 bunk room, 2 bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, a balcony that opens from the master bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, mop and broom, pantry, free wireless internet and a private balcony. We take great pride in providing cleanliness and comfort in our units, let us make your dream vacation a reality.
Master bedroom has a new king pillow top mattress, night stands and lamps, ceiling fan and TV. This bedroom opens to the balcony and has a large master bath with a large double granite counter top vanity, a jetted tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet.
The bunk room which is a separate room features 2 twin beds, a night stand and a new 24" wall mounted TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, garbage disposal, pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, utensils, glassware, stemware, dinnerware, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, casserole dishes, mixer, toaster, and many other amenities.
The second bathroom opens into the hallway. It offers granite counter top and walk-in shower.
The dining room and living room are open and includes bar stools, a table with two chairs, sofa (sleeper queen size with a new mattress), chair with ottoman, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room also has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony.
The balcony has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and pools below. It also has a new table that seats six.
This unit has room darkening draperies in both the master bedroom and the living room that will allow you to sleep as late as you would like.
We furnish all linens for bedding, pillows, and bath towels.

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Check in and out was easy. The unit is nicely furnished with a comfortable master king bed. The views are superb and access to the beach is easy. Highly recommend!

Nice property with exceptional views

The property was clean and exactly as shown in photos. I will stay here again. We did run into some minor issues that the owner was quick to respond to, which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience! I loved the large balcony with doors in master bedroom and living room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and comfortable. The only concern I had as a parent was the bunk bed ladder. It seemed a bit unsafe. I would love to see in upgrade there for the safety of children.

Late Summer Break

Room was very nice and had everything we needed. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Have been staying at Lighthouse for about 15 years and never been disappointed. Hoping to be back in October!

Amazing place to stay

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed to get settled in. Furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of dishes and clean towels for our entire family. The only thing I want others that plan on staying here to know is that there is only one of each consumable (TP, Paper towel, dishwasher pod, washing machine detergent, etc.). That is fine with us but if we would have known we would’ve brought from home instead of purchasing there. Over all, great location right on the water with an amazing beach and pool! We will be back in the future!

Great stay for a family getaway

Condo was perfect size, had all if the amentities we would need, was close to "the action". Had a small issue with an electrical outlet that was concerning but the property owner had it taken care of it swiftly when we brought it to her attention.

Memorable Family Vacay

10/10! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Laurie & Paul’s Condo. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The check in process was detailed, straight forward, and smooth. Parking passes are required for an additional cost (card only/no cash). The condo was clean inside and out. The beach is only footsteps away, which was a great amenity! Be sure to book your spot on the beach through perdido beach service. You can get a spot upfront to the water, if you book in advance. The pools were used daily and were always clean and a nice temp. Grills were used 2x during our stay with. No issues. All the necessities needed for a “home away from home” were available for your use. There is a starter pack of supplies and no seasonings are stored at the condo (including salt/pepper/sugar) just be sure to plan accordingly if you’re planning on cooking. We will definitely be back to Gulf Shores and planning to use Paul & Laurie’s condo again!

Great beach condo

The condo on the beach is great. Fansastic location, very clean, the room darkening shades are nice. The only minor complaint I have and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss it in the description is that it's not listed/mentioned that the parking pass is $50. That was a little bit of a surprise. When we got the check in check out instructions. Owners are very polite and super responsive to questions. Would recommend their condo to anybody looking for a great beach get away.

Our first time using VRBO...the experience was so good. The owners are super responsive, great people all around. The property was nice and clean and so was the beach. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with kitchen supplies and more towels than we needed. Pool area is great for all ages. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

The View is Phenomenal

The property was full (Spring Break), but you never felt like it was busy, there were always chairs by the pool, plenty of parking spaces, the beach was not overly crowded, and most of all we felt safe! The only negative is waiting awhile on elevators. The Condo: The owner, Laurie, was so easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly! The condo was very clean, the furniture was in fantastic shape and clean, the walk in closet was perfect to keep all our luggage and bags in. We were appreciative of the dozens of hangers provided! The kitchen is beautiful, but nothing compares to THE VIEW!! The outdoor furniture was comfortable and sturdy! Master Bath- the location of shower head directly in front of glass door is horrendous. Anytime you turned the water on, regardless if you turn the shower head it splashed and soaked the bathroom floor. When you opened the glass door the water rolls all over the floor too. It wasn’t a huge deal but just annoying! Master Bed- why is was fairly comfortable, it must be old, as there are big valleys on both sides of the bed and a huge mountain in between the valleys. Kitchen- silverware drawer can’t be opened all the way-hits the stove. Kitchen needs a good knife set and a shared cabinet other guests leave-spices, salt, pepper, foil, zip-locks, non-stick spray, EVOO, dish soap! There’s NO liquid hand soap in condo. There’s no cards, games, paper, pens or pencils, no guest book that we enjoy reading from other guests recommendation

Met all our needs

Clean, comfortable & excellent location. Solid patio furnture on the balcony, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Sheltered parking. Nice indoor pool, sauna & gym. We stayed the month of January so temps were cool & we didnt use the outdoor pools, but they were beautiful! TV reception wasnt the best but it could have been affected by the weather. Only other thing was a large whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, the drain did not seal well so there was constant slow water loss. And, we would run out of hot water before it was full enough to use the jets. But all in all I would still give a 5☆ review, it was all we needed and more!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This is my families 2nd time renting from Paul and Laurie and this condo (#1217) was just as wonderful as their other unit. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, the perfect size for me, my husband and our 8 year old twins and close to restaurants and shopping. All appliances worked as they should and the communication was excellent. Check in was super easy...I could go on and on. We have such an amazing time in the Gulf and having such a great place to stay while there makes it perfect. We will always rent from Paul and Laurie as long as theyll have us!

Great for 2

Laurie was very good to communicate with. Easy peasy entry instructions. Nice place. Great view. Bedroom/Bed was wonderful for both of us. Had a good trip. Only draw back and I know the owner has no voice in this is the $40 parking fee. We don't normally rent a condo in the Gulf area so maybe that has become the norm. I'm sure on the Lighthouse website it tells you this but just kinda came as a suprise to apparently us and those checking in when we did. You would think a stay of 3 nights as opposed to week would be pro rated. Other than that nice well cared for place.

From the time we first put our toes in the sugar white sand we knew Gulf Shores/Orange Beach would eventually be our home away from home. As much as we love our hometown of Pittsburg, Texas we jump at every opportunity to visit the beach, smell the fresh ocean air, and listen to the waves from our Gulf front balcony.
