Have you ever wanted to sleep in a Tipi? Well here’s your chance to sleep under the stars in a beautiful setting. You have all the amenities of a tiny house, sit by the creek and relax next to the fire pit. Lost Indian Camp is nestled on a 21 acre privately owned horse farm in beautiful Morganton Georgia. Come and enjoy these beautiful mountains, waterfalls and hike the most sought after trails in the country.
Stay in a Sioux design authentic Tipi. Our Tipi is secluded down by a beautiful creek. Surrounded by 21.5 acres of woods and pasture. Enjoy the quite mornings watching the horses graze in the pastures and gaze at the deer and lightning bugs in the evenings. It doesn’t get any better than this. Other things to note; you will have all the luxuries of home with many extras! We provide fresh eggs, homemade muffins, butter, and pound cake. Handmade soaps, bottle of wine and a s’mores starter kit! Our firewood is free! Oh and we also leave some extra snacks and items just in case you forget something. Come get lost at Lost Indian Camp.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

So glad we found this little gem! By far one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. Roxanne is truly the BEST host and supplies you with everything you could possibly need. The chocolate covered strawberries were such a treat! We enjoyed a nature walk around the property and the serenity of the atmosphere! Perfect night away from the craziness of life and cozy and dry even through the cold rainy weather! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!!

Relaxing

Great experience!

This was a one night surprise trip i planned for my bf. I wasn’t sure how he would react to sleeping in a Tipi in December but he thoroughly enjoyed it just as much as myself! Roxanne has thought of EVERYTHING you may need for your stay. Even in 30 degree weather we were nice and cozy nestled up in the Tipi.

AMAZING STAY

This was a last minute 5 HR drive trip for my birthday with my fiancé and I. Roxanne, our host, was AMAZING!! She called upon arriving to give us directions and was so sweet! We arrived and everything was perfect! She made homemade muffins and cookies. 10/10 on everything and worth the experience

Perfect Getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to get away, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. Roxanne takes a lot of pride in her little piece of paradise and is a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite weekends EVER!!

Most unique getaway!

I surprised my boyfriend with a night away in this tipi. We were both blown away by the entire stay! The fire pit next to the creek was a definite bonus and Roxanne provided the s'mores supplies. She's very thorough, responsive and has thought of everything you could possibly need. I wish we'd been able to stay an extra day or two. Definitely coming back in the spring/summer. My new favorite getaway!

Cleared my mind, cleansed my soul

This was an amazing getaway. I needed nothing. I did not leave the property at all/ Roxanne has thought of everything. I stayed for two nights, and will come back for a longer stay. For those worried about getting cold. Do not worry about that. The heaters had it so warm, that i had to turn them down. Everything was set up perfectly. I could live here.

Unforgettable Nature Retreat at Lost Indian Camp - A Must-Visit Destination"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lost Indian Camp in their Tipi, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The campsite is simply breathtaking and the pictures online don't do it justice. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and relax in nature, yet still be close enough to town. Roxanne, the host, was an absolute delight and made sure that everything was taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Lost Indian Camp and can't wait to go back! 10/10

Amazing!!

We loved every minute of our stay. The Tipi was fantastic! Roxanne the host thought of all the little details. The charcuterie board and chocolate covered strawberries were plentiful and delicious. So relaxing sitting by the fire pit at night and listening to the babbling brook. The sight in the morning of the deer and the horses just added to the whole experience. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is special. If you are in need of getting away from the "real" world and fewling true peace and serenity, this is the place to be. Everything was exactly as promised and Roxanna is super down to earth and so pleasant to deal with.

Perfect way to camp without the work.

We wanted some outdoors without all the work and expense of buying camping equipment. This was perfect!! Roxanne was so nice and provided so much to make out getaway great. Highly recommend!!!

Beautful setting surrounded by horses and a relaxing stream. The host was amazing, so helpful and communicative. The inside of the teepee was well beyond my expectations. She thought of everything and more that you could need or want. Would stay there again and for a longer time. Just fabulous!

Escape from reality

Our stay was everything we were looking for and more. Coming from someone who does not camp, glamp or anything less than 3 stars I was blown away and we cant wait to find the time to go back. Admittedly, the restroom was the most challenging part of my experience but EVERYTHING else far exceeded any expectations i could have had. Roxanne has thought of everything you could possibly need or want. While staying in a tipi might seem primative you would never know while you are staying here. The space feel large, and the temperature inside stayed comfortable the entire time. The bed was comfy, the flooring was soft under foot, and there was plenty of lighting inside. Outside felt magical, we lit a fire and watched the deer play in the field with the babling brook in the backdrop. As night fell the guide lights started to come on illuminating the path and the tipi while the fireflies fluttered around. It felt magical. We had rain for the majority of our stay and falling asleep to the sound of rain on the tipi was calming. It was one of the best nights sleep we've had in a while. And all of this is matched by Roxanne's hospitality. She stayed in communication leading up to our trip, had everything at the tipi for our arrival and truely opened her heart and property to accommodate us. I cannot say enough great things about the stay and whole experience. Thank you so much for having us and again, we cant wait to return.

A Little Slice of Heaven

My wife and I stayed here, and we absolutely loved it. It's quite peaceful and romantic. There were horses there and deer it was such a unique experience. We loved the tipi it had everything you could want. The host left wine, flowers and lots of snacks. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the fire pit next to the stream. It was absolutely incredible we cant wait to come back.

Speechless

I was looking for an overnight getaway since i had to work memorial day weekend and i wanted to stay somewhere unique. upon arriving, the property well exceeded my expectations. The host Roxanne TRULY thought of everything. She even came to the property to meet us and told us about the trails and the stocked pond where we could fish. The outdoor shower was awesome. Bathroom facilities was very clean. I loved all the added decor including crystals and a smudge stick. Fresh eggs and muffins was delicious for a breakfast cooked outside. Sitting by the fire enjoying some wine before bed was fun. Smores was a bit sticky but delicious. Best part was all the lightning bugs in the tree, watching the deer pass through the property at night and during the day, waking up to nature in the morning and visiting all the horses in the barn before we left. I cant wait to go back and will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you for having us . See you soon.
