It was a very nice apartment with a nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was great having two bathrooms for the three of us girls. The apartment was located in a great area on Capitol Hill and we were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. We also felt very comfortable and safe walking around after dark. Our host was quick to get back to us on questions we had.

LOVED this place and highly recommended. Very clean, great for our family visiting DC, and you can't get a location any better than this to see the key sites of DC...all in walking distance just a block away! The host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and necessities like seasonings, oils, etc. Beautiful historic-looking neighborhood directly behind Supreme Court building and close to US Capitol, national mall, etc. Perfect for our family visiting DC.

Excellent location - nice neighborhood. Very close to the capitol and all of the Smithsonians. We walked to everything and were very pleased. The place was exactly what our group of (5) needed.

Great location to relax and enjoy the many local attractions. Short walking distance to monuments and museums. This location is well kept and clean. The host was quick and accurate with information to help make sure our stay was a pleasant experience.

The apartment was just as the pictures described. The location was perfect for getting around DC. Located between the Metro Union Station hub and the Capitol South hub made it extremely easy to get around DC.The apartment had plenty of comfortable beds, towels, and kitchen items. Please note, if you are a couple that is used to sleeping in a queen or king size bed, the beds in the two bedrooms are double beds. We definitely would stay at this location again. Ike and his staff are very nice and took great care of us.

As described and an excellent location with two metro stops within easy 10-15 minute walks. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay! This location is well stocked and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of DC tourist attractions. Our host, Ike, communicated well and made our stay enjoyable!

The apartment was amazing. Centrally located to the mall and metro station. Everything we needed was there to cook our Meals and, most important, make our morning coffee. Coming back from each days sightseeing felt like coming home. We found an amazing gluten free bakery cafe about 1 mile walk called Sweet Crimes. Fantastic!Will absolutely stay here again when we return to DC.

Great location. Many of the DC attractions are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Apartment was very clean. Host was very responsive in timely manner with answers to my questions.

Beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, and the location is truly spectacular. I think this has to be The closest place you can stay next to the capitol. Easily walkable to great restaurants and the Shakespeare theatre and museum. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were kind and respectful to be quiet by 9 pm.

Great stay. Our host was quick to answer questions and concerns. Fantastic location with a comfy front room and couch. Enjoyed the cute electric fireplace and all the amenities. We had plenty of room to enjoy a nice family dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Really great communication. We loved staying here, very comfortable and lots of places to sleep. Family of 6 was very comfortable. Welcome book had lots of good food recommendations. Almost sounded too good to be true and ended up being just as advertised. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful location with very comfortable amenities. We enjoyed the added comforts of kitchen utensils, washer/dryer and the game of checkers. We walked easily to many of our destinations.
