Good layout. Worked well for our needs while in Raymore and wanting to be close to the location that brought us to MO. The description when I booked said there was a hot tub, but their isn’t. Inquired with the host and they said it was an error and likely should have said bathtub

Property was in a nice area, home is beautiful and well taken care of. Was able to communicate with the property owner with any concerns I may have had. Was very accommodating and communicated with me all the details that I needed to get in the property. Definitely plan on staying there again

The house was clean, bright, and easy to check into. However, it would have been nice to have more than one trash bag and the ice trays in the freezer were empty. Overall, it was a great trip.

Great for KU Health System

We needed a place to stay within 30 minutes of the University of Kansas Hospital and clinics. We were very comfortable here. Close to restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out were easier than most VRBO locations!

Holiday stay

this is our second time to stay at this property. The first time was Thanksgiving and then at New Years. It is a very comfortable place in a convenient location. The hos Is very good to respond to questions and requests in timely manner. We hope to be able To stay here again in the future.

The location was good. Cleanliness was an issue. Found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. Gross! Carpets were not vacuumed well. Property needs a little TLC. Not my best experience for sure.

Raymore Review

Overall the property was nice and clean. The one thing that would improve the stay is more towels in the bathrooms and linen for the pullout bed. There were only two towels in each bathroom and no sheets for the pullout bed.

Highly recommend the property, the customer service is ñacking

I cannot recommend the property enough! It is conveniently located near a grocery store and parks, the decor in every room is very neat and well-kept and all of the pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Unfortunately, this review is not five stars because of the customer service issues I experienced while at the property. This includes the first evening the battery in the thermostat died and our entire family was freezing. There were not enough additional blankets to keep us comfortable and when I reached out to the customer service representative they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns. I finally had to call the number listed and the gentleman on the phone was able to help me coordinate to have a technician come out to the property and fix the thermostat. Once they realized that there was an error on their end, they did offer an apology. On our second to last day we ran out of paper towels and trash bags, again I contacted the customer service representative and I did not receive a reply. As a result, I had to go to the store and buy more paper towels and trash bags to use while we were at the property. I do believe that the home is managed by a third party service, Unfortunately this leads to clients having to talk to multiple individuals, but they sign all of their messages with the same signature, therefore it is difficult to know if you were talking with the same person or to specifically address the experience you had with one individual. I would absolutely NOT stay here again based solely on my experience with the customer service, which is a shame because the property was so great!

WE wete so pleased and trying to book again for the upcomming holiday.. It was so pleasant to stay here. We had my daughter in laws parents join us unexpectedly and the managment accomadate the addition so quickly and very reasonably. I was great

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Raymore. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything we needed, groceries, coffee shops, restaurants were very close. The unit was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, I think the frame needs some adjusting. Everyone raved about their beds in the other 2 rooms. I do have a couple of suggestions. Place a No Soliciting plaque by the front door. We had a pest company salesperson stop by. Ironically, my other suggestion is to spray for spiders around the entrance, there's some big ones that come out at night! I admit, I have arachnophobia, so what's big to me is probably nothing to everyone else. My family had fun watching me freak out as I navigated through the front door. All in all, a very nice place to stay. We had a great time!

Family Gathering

Property is centrally located to freeways and stores. The townhouse was the perfect size for my family and I, as we gathered for my mother’s home going service in Sedalia this past weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, so we enjoyed several family meals and great conversation. Thank you for hosting us.

The location couldn’t be beat, close to various restaurants and shopping. And there was a Walgreens down the street which saved us when we had a infant emergency. Loved that every room had a king size bed and there were three well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal. And the washer and dryer was essential and much appreciated with three kids. When I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Travelers from Dallas, Marshall, Austin, Waco and Austin—getting family together for an event.

Everything was wonderful! We had teenagers all the way up to grandparents and the 3 beds/bath made it perfect for privacy and some late night movie watching! Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and cleaning. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
