The property was perfect for a big family. We were all able to spread out and have our own space while having a big enough main area of the house to enjoy each other's company. It was also nice bringing our dogs along with us! I wish we would have had more time to spend in the outside areas as they were very nice especially for the dogs to run and explore! Beautiful place!

The house was great, comfortable and clean. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and big kitchen. We really enjoyed hanging out on the sectional in the basement watching movies on the huge projector in the finished basement. The hosts were amazing and great communication. I absolutely recommend this place!

The property is lovely. The house is large and accommodated our large family nicely. The theater room was a hit. The theater room with the pull out couch was nice for my daughter's family since the kids always has to sleep near her on vacation. They could really spread out.

Very nice house in a quiet area. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids loved having their own area in the basement. Very clean and comfortable beds.

What an amazing property! The owners were super easy to work with, The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate a large group comfortably! Also, the brewery that you can walk to may have the best food and drink in the state, the Apricot Cheese dip is a must! Will definitely be returning!!!!

Nice weekend with family

We picked this area as the place to meet up with some family and this house worked out really nice for us. It has a ton of space and a huge yard. There is even a Koi pond (I think) in front of the house. We had a lovely weekend and would stay again if in the area.

Probably the best vrbo I have ever stayed at

The property far exceeded anything I could’ve imagined. photos don’t do it justice! The house was in perfect and clean condition and the outside grounds were gorgeous! I love the beautiful decorative pond out front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to book another trip back!

Amazing stay!

We stayed for 1 night, and it was fantastic. It is a beautiful home with plenty of room for family and friends. I don’t have any pets, but it would be a fantastic place to stay if you are traveling with pets. The home clean and beautiful. Annika was a wonderful host and made the process very easy. Will definitely book this home again.

Beautiful

Such a beautiful house! The dogs loved running around in the giant fenced yard. The kids had fun watching a move on the big screen in the basement!

We rented this house for a cousins reunion (we are in our 70’s & 80’s). It was wonderful!!Lots of space, beautiful house, entrance & backyard, enjoyed the passing trains & seeing 2 foxes cross the property early in morning!!Owner was SUPER attentive and caring!!Highly recommend this property & would definitely return if have the chance!!

This home literally felt like home. Spacious with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Love that the neighborhood was quiet and that it was on a paved culdesac. The koi pond out front was so peaceful to sit next to while having coffee.Annika was a joy to work with and an excellent communicator. The location was perfect since it was literally a minute from the wedding venue that we were attending. Wonderful property and wonderful experience, I highly recommend!

Amazing!

Perfectly maintained, excellent housekeeping! This property was so clean and tidy. You can tell that the host pour every thought into this property. Pet friendly was a must for us. Again, well thought out to be pet friendly. Our dogs loved the basket of toys and the dog beds in the bedrooms. Highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

We stayed at the property so we could be nearby for our wedding at Sunset Ranch. The host was so accommodating and was able to answer all of my questions prior to check-in and even was able to let us check-in early so we could get to our venue early for setup and a late check-out the morning after our wedding. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom close by and the property was immaculate. They even had dog toys out for our dogs to play with. The place was beautiful and so clean. While we weren’t able to spend much time there, the time we did spend, it was just as if we were home.

Everything and we mean everything about this host and home was comfortable, secure and beautiful! We didn’t even expect the holiday decor but the home was adorned with tree and trimming. We stayed in Cleveland to be away from the city and close to our son’s wedding winery venue. Due to the holidays it was really the first long weekend travel we did with our dog because we didn’t want to have to board him over extra days in a kennel alone. They host home is loaded with pup accommodations and we have no problem with cleaning up after our pets so we had equal values. My only suggestion was that they back court have a little more lighting on the house. The area gets really dark! We loved the train sounds and peaceful quiet.

Best Hideway around K.C.

The house was spectacular and to have a garage to put the car such a plus. Everything about the house was so enjoyable, especially a living room without a TV. Wish we could have enjoy the gorgeous patio alas mother nature wouldn't cooperate. The cleanliness, the oven, microwave and coffee maker came on very handy. I love an ice maker even more so eith crushed ice. We fed the fish, as the supply fis food to feed them out front. The bsthrooms we supplied eith soap and my favorite hair products which was very nice. The only thing I eish we could have stayed loner it was that peaceful and enjoyable to us. The host was very responsive and is great to desl with, kudos to her and the beautiful home they share with us. Thank you lady!

Large house, but we went just as a family of 4. Master bedroom with the two upstairs bedrooms was perfect for us, but there were several more beds in the basement. Along with the projector room that we used for a family movie. The landscaping, big back yard and the quietness of the neighborhood was perfect. I recommend visiting the POG restaurant in walking distance from the house. We didn't have dogs, but it's definitely made for those that do.

This home in the country was exactly what this city family needed! We ventured to Cleveland, MO for a wedding (which was perfectly 20 mins away from home at The Martin City event center) and left with a new spot to want to return to. Annika and Patrick were beyond AMAZING! Probably the BEST VRBO owners I have ever worked with. All the amenities were spot on and top notch. The home was incredible for our family of 2 couples, and 3 adults. Add on our neice was able to visit and bring her pup. Pup had roam of the land, plenty of doggie beds to snuggle on and a basket of toys to play with all provided by the rental. Absolutely AMAZING! Don't even get me started on the magical backyard where fireflies danced amidst and incredible treeline. AND the train! I LOVE a train. This home checked all the boxes! I already miss it and hope to return one day!!!!
