It was a great stay! The house was very clean, modern, and nicely appointed (can't think of anything that was missing). The layout worked great for our two families (4 adults, 6 children). The location was great - a 10 min drive to town and the ski resort. We'd definitely stay again!

Phenomenal stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home! Our 2 and 4yr old loved being in the mountains and snow. House was clean, organized, and very convenient to all of the fun on the slopes and in town. Will definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.

Great house!

This property was so clean, the best we’ve ever experienced in all our years of renting vacation homes. The decor and furnishings were great quality and accurately described. We will definitely stay there next year!

We loved the property! The home decor and furnishings were beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful up there. Hiking trails in the area were great. Will def be back.

Perfect location for family/friends for a wedding at The Lodge

This house was perfect for our stay! Huge kitchen and living area and everything was clean and new! The hot tub was very relaxing! Hosts were quick to respond when the washer was broken and brought some extra linens immediately. Some of the beds were a little hard, but we would definitely stay again!

4th of July

This house was amazing! The great room was perfect for 8 adults to hang out. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating. Outdoor space and hot tub were great! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great wedding location

We booked this home to be near lodge , literally 1 min walk, for my daughters wedding . It is beautiful home. Perfect for families to enjoy! Added plus is very attentive management group . All our needs were met

Wonderful Property!!

We stayed at this property for a week of hiking in October and had a great time. The house was wonderful with beautiful views and close to many hikes. The house is new and everything is high quality. Our interaction with VisitBreck and Pinnacle Property management was outstanding, and they made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful Open 4 bdm Breck

This new, clean house was perfect for our party of 10. Wide open living spaces and plenty of room to spread out. Close enough to town to drive in for dinner and shopping. House had lovely details and everyone had a great experience. For those who can stand the high altitude in Breck, I'd recommend this property.

Wonderful house!

What an amazing, beautiful and super clean house! Our only complaint was that there wasn’t enough pots and pans for cooking for our large and big eating party. Really appreciated the fact that it was so clean 😊

Amazing House!

We could not have loved the Cocoa Cabin more!!! It was the perfect place for us to spend Christmas with our adult children! It’s obvious that every detail was considered when designing and decorating this home. It is beautiful and so comfortable! In addition, it’s appointed to perfection! Anything and everything we looked for in the kitchen was there! Thank you so much for sharing it with our family and adding to our wonderful “Christmas in Breckenridge” memories!

Beautiful house, great location.

House was brand new and beautiful. Came with everything you needed to cook pretty much anything. Location was also great just a few minutes away from town. My only gripe was they were very strict with check in/check out time. So don't expect any early check in or late check out. Otherwise it was perfect.

The perfect getting ready suite

We used this space to get ready for my wedding. It was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of natural light, the views were beyond stunning and the colors of each room were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and my only complaint is that the rooms didn’t have any floor length mirrors, which would have been nice to have for getting ready. Otherwise it was beyond perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I start? The cabin was even nicer than the photos. It was gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked. Everything was nice and clean and the views were absolutely amazing. The location is about 5-8 minutes outside of town but it’s totally worth it. The staff stayed in touch throughout our stay, they were extremely helpful and kind. You won’t regret booking the Cocoa Cabin!!!

Best Breck Family vacation

We absolutely love this home! We are a family of four who vacation Breckenridge almost every spring break. A home that is clean and well kept is the most important to us and by far this home is the cleanest home we have ever stayed at. The house was well equipped with all you would need. We had more than enough room. The home had an additional casual living/movie area downstairs, perfect for teenagers to hang out. It was also nice having access to the garage. The home is beautifully decorated with a ton of natural light and amazing views. We truly had one of our very best family vacations at this home and made forever memories. Thank You! We will definitely be back.

Great place up in mountains but not far from town

Great little community of houses by Breck lodge off of boreas pass. We were familiar with area as we've had ownership at gold point up off baldy road. The house was ready upon arrival and was thoroughly cleaned. We were a family of 5 (3 kids) and this place probably could double it or more for occupancy. Great little area on the base level for children and have their own entertainment area so adults can enjoy time upstairs. We used the hot tub every afternoon after hiking which was very well kept. Multiple hiking trails up boreas or down towards baldy then up. We've been coming to Breck for 10 years and this was the best house we've rented by far and property managers were responsive first few days as we figured out minor things.
