The house was perfect for our family (including 3 toddlers) and our 4 legged family! Beautiful home with direct access to hiking… bonus! Host was always available and helpful. We had a clean midway thru the trip which was perfect. No complaints this was a great home for our trip.

We loved staying at this home. It was quiet and peaceful. It's a beautiful home and all pics and descriptions are accurate. Jason, the property manager, was easy to work with and ensured we had all the necessary information before arrival. I would recommend this property 100%. Check out the trail system located behind the house!

Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood, just a short 5-10 min drive from main street in Breck. Great communication w/ the property management company and would definitely stay here again. Loved having the garage to park in and there were spices and seasonings, plus games, and a few extra things to enjoy. Everything was clean, gorgeous bathrooms. For adults, the two back bedrooms are probably more meant for kids, but it worked out well regardless. Thank you!

Close to slopes, off the beaten path...

We just stayed at this awesome rental on Peak 7, and it totally blew us away. It has four big bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. The hot tub was such a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after hitting the slopes, which were super close by. The place had this cool mountain modern vibe and was really clean. The location was great too—nice and peaceful but still easy to get to the slopes. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great mountain getaway.

Great house!!

Great house!! We come to Breck every summer with our 4 kids and this is our favorite house we have stayed in. The location is great, right next to a good mountain trail. We saw tons of wildlife— bears, moose and foxes. The house was super clean and far more spacious than you can tell in pictures. It would be the perfect set up for two families. We will be back!

Family trip

Really great house with plenty of room. The high ceilings were beautiful, but they caused a lot of echoing! Loved everything about the house except that.

Spacious, clean, terrific sunlight and great for families

The property manager was incredibly responsive to our last-minute trip plans. Our family of five, along with some overnight guests, enjoyed a spotless home with comfortable beds in a private setting. The large windows allow plenty of sunlight into the home, and the bedrooms can be darkened with full-length shades. The main room is perfect for gatherings and family meals. We loved starting our day on the spacious deck with coffee and making early calls while others slept. The hot tub was well-maintained and a perfect way to relax after hiking with extra towels conveniently provided nearby. The appliances were all fully functional. The property is an eight-minute drive from the Peak 8 base activity area and is at a similar elevation. It is a short drive to the town center, the Breck Connect Gondola, and the Breckenridge Recreation Center. We appreciated the location making access to the City Market, Dillon, and Frisco convenient.

Absolutely gorgeous

Our stay was amazing. The house is large, modern, spacious, and in a great location. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Fabulous restaurants, E-bikes, Cayak on Dillon Lake, hiking, etc.
