Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Amazing Views

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, and cooler were all right here. The location was very close to downtown. We had an amazing long weekend. The end unit with so many windows gave us a view that was to die for. The hosts were great communicators. Would definitely stay again!

great condo

Very clean and overall in good repair. Just like all rentals there were little things but overall we loved it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on small side but doable. Great communicatiin!

Best condo we have found

We cannot say enough good things about our time at Heather and David’s condo. They were proactive in communicating with us about the impending hurricane and kept up informed on the conditions so we could make the best decisions for our trip. Check in was easy, they responded to questions quickly, and the condo itself was so thoughtfully furnished. The beach closet is a fantastic addition to any rental. You cannot beat the location and everyone in the building was friendly and kind. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful property.

Amazing

Stayed July 2024. The condo has everything you need and more. The views from the 9th floor on the oceanfront are spectacular. The condo is very nicely furnished. The owners even provide beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Highly recommend this place.

Great place

This was a wonderful condo, great location and view. All the tenants were super friendly. Great communication with the property owner she was super accommodating! I cannot recommend this condo enough!!! We had 4 adults and 1 teen.

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s right on the beach and centrally located. We had an amazing time and will be back for sure. The host was perfect and took extra care to make sure my family was comfortable and had what we needed.

This condo provided all our needs. The view was fantastic and the area was very nice. We found the condo very clean and a kitchen equipped with more than we could imagine. Having a closet full of beach needs including towels, chairs and an umbrella was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay

The unit and views are amazing! Floors were dirty. Writer had to mop them. Smallest bedroom smelled like mildew. Besides the cleanliness, the rest of the unit is great. Nice layout. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful kitchen table and new living room furniture. Love the location of the condo. Grounds are well maintained. Pool and hot tub are convenient. Love walking out the door to put my feet in the sand. Highly recommend this unit! The owners are very kind and responsive. This was my third stay at this unit. Would go back again.

Beautiful View

This condo was perfect for a mini weekend girls get away. Beds were comfortable, full kitchen (so much cookware and looked brand new!) was so nice, the views were outstanding, and only steps away from the ocean and beach. Thank you! It was a place to rest!

We WILL be back!

Met up with our brother/sister in law for a weekend of golf and good eating. The location is central to all of that. Beautiful views and felt very private. Clean with all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

What a view!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just breathtaking!! I would honestly say that this property was the best maintained, equipped and decorated condo that we have stayed in at Myrtle Beach. We go to MB twice a year and always bring with us a few cooking utensils, frying pan, etc. because you never know what will be there. Trust me when I say this beautiful condo was equipped to meet your needs! Heather and David were wonderful and speedy when I did have a question. The only problem was the height of the master bedroom bed. Very high!! Oh, let me mention that there was plenty of hot water.

Best view on the beach

My wife and I had a little Valentine's get away and this was the perfect place. Everything was clean and the view was amazing. We definitely plan on a return trip.

Great Stay at The Beach

Fantastic view in a corner unit condo. Great location close to the action but a little quieter part of North Myrtle Beach. The unit itself was fantastic. Well, equipped, clean, comfy beds, and lots of great details. The complex was great as well. Well-maintained, clean pool, and Jacuzzi, and just a few steps from the beach. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and were very responsive. Would love to come back again.

Very Nice!

We enjoyed spending a week in October in this condo. It has a great layout. It's not like so many others that have the bedrooms directly off of the living room or kitchen, so it made for some nice quiet sleep! The views are excellent. You are able to see the sun both rise and set from the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you could need. It was nice to have a closet full of beach toys and chairs. We also loved that the building only has 28 units so that it wasn't so crowded. Parking is tight and would be even more so in the summer. We will be back!

Hi, I'm Heather. My husband Dave has family in the Carolina's and we love Myrtle Beach! Our home is in Oregon, and as our family grew, our visits to the grandparents seemed to keep increasing by an extra day or two each time we came out. We sold our office building during COVID and were ecstatic when this condo came up for sale. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We're in North Myrtle Beach (almost to Cherry Grove). Our stretch of beach mostly has smaller buildings or single family homes. It is nowhere near as crowded as half a mile in either direction from us. We love the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and selection of mini-putt golf courses. If we're feeling like driving into Myrtle Beach, there are golf courses, a Top Golf, a Grand Prix go cart track, a couple of outdoor shopping areas, an outlet mall, and many other entertainments.
