Great location
We enjoyed our stay at this facility. We were informed prior to check-in that there was a broken window in bedroom which was taped up. The security of that concerned us; new window takes six weeks to come in. Safe location, so we were ok. A couple plumbing issues that the property manager took care of promptly (brand new toilet installed) and asked if we needed anything else to make our stay comfortable. We gave him several suggestions, and he acquired a dresser since there was none in the unit. The kitchen and bathroom are modern; however, shower needs some repairs, and we told PM about this. Unit is sparsely furnished. Would be nice to have a couple lawn chairs on the porch. The bar stools are too high for the counter (need lower ones). TV worked well. Kitchen well equipped and appliances worked well; but it could use a crock pot, glass dishes to use in microwave and a baking pan. A vacuum would be nice other than brooms to clean. The location was wonderful--close to good restaurants, stores, theaters, etc. Pool was great with a nice view and easy to walk to. People were friendly. Before arriving, I had to ask for the code to open the door and the key for other areas as well as the wifi code. PM was readily available via text messaging. The size of the unit is small (which we knew), but it is sufficient for a couple people. There is a newer love seat in living room and with addition of dresser, up-to-date pictures should be provided for advertising.
