Quiet home with spectacular views. Only 30 mins to downtown Durango, CO and 10 mins to Aztec. Perfect place to explore the best the four corners region has to offer. Explore Mesa Verde and the Aztec Ruins. Navajo Dam is a short drive away, as is fishing in the famous San Juan River. Relax in the hot tub after a day skiing Purgatory or hiking/biking in the high desert landscape. Bring the family and friends for a relaxing get away and see why they call New Mexico the Land of Enchantment.

Just perfect, 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story home. Warm and inviting main living room/parlor with pellet stove. The house also has a great room with a pool table and plenty of room to relax. Three spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in the gazebo which is just a few steps away from the back deck and enjoy the amazing views. Relax in the hot tub or take a stroll around the 3 acres and experience the beauty of the high desert.

Place was very well stocked and host was easy to contact. My daughter's enjoyed the hot tub, and the game room had something for everyone. My son is wanting to rent the place again for his family. Recommended! Thank you

We had a great stay in Aztec. This property had stunning views and a great hot tub to enjoy. It was very tidy and more than enough space for our group of 6. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with six of my girlfriends and we fit perfectly. Enjoyed the hot tub, but didn’t get a chance to use the game room. Highly recommend!

The home was a little older but worked great for our family. It was beautiful outside, and we enjoyed seeing a few mule deer in the yard the morning that we left.

Great vacation rental

Great vrbo

Our family enjoyed our stay at this vrbo very much. It was clean and very accommodating. The game room and hot tub were big draws for all of us. But more than those things the views we were able to see from the back deck and gazebo were amazing. Such a great place to relax.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for just the two of us to stay. the house can easaly accommodate more. Everything was clean. Including the hot tub.

Wonderful Getaway!

Lovely space and communication and instructions were on point. Ran a race in Shiprock and was thankful to have a place to rest and relax after the race before flying out the next day. As a female traveler, I’m always mindful of where I stay and this place was wonderful!

AWESOME PLACE

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. During the day, we drove over to and fished the San Juan River. In the evenings, we hung out playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The house worked out perfectly. It is also a short drive up to Durango, which we visited one afternoon. We would highly recommend if planning to stay in this area.

Great location and space!

The place was very spacious and comfortable, and the extra room by the garage was a bit for my 7 year old son to play in. The property was beautiful as well as we were continually greeted by a mom and baby deer, they kept coming around. Joseph was very responsive and took care of our needs. I highly recommend staying here.

Quiet Getaway

Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Interesting neighborhood, close to many attractions. But... the hot tub was not working, and the tv in the main room did not work. When we spoke to the owner he just said sorry.

Hi Margaret, to say I just said "sorry" is not accurate. You forgot to mention the time I spent on the phone with you trying to troubleshoot your ability to navigate the TV. The TV is just fine and no one has mentioned problems with it previously. You also forgot to mention the messages back and forth about the hot tub and how I explained how the heat of the day increases the hot tub when left fully covered. The plan to open the cover worked to reduce the temperature as I suggested. You also left out your request for a late checkout and how I was able to get it aligned after rescheduling the cleaning crew. One more item you requested was ideas for photography spots nearby. I spent a good hour researching and providing links to these areas and never even received a simple "thanks". The TV is fine, the hot tub is fine.
