Good place to stay to fish the San Juan. Much better than a 2 bedroom lodge room that is twice the price. Good kitchen, washer/dryer, good stay.

I loved this temporary home away from home! They had plenty of cookware for me to make my husband home cooked meals after he got off work. I have no complaints but if you like taking baths like I do, start running the bath 30 min prior to taking one because the faucet is a little small for such a big tub. I highly recommend this home, it's amazing!

Nice clean house. The weather was hot while we were staying so the window ac units were great to have. Host was quick to respond and was able to pay for early check-in with no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect crash pad for the Juan

Slept 7 of us comfortably. Coffee bar stocked. Could use an AC unit in one bedroom, but cracking the window with a fan did the trick.

San juan/durango trip

Perfect for a Dad who wants to fish and family who wants to ride the Polar Express. Location was close to both and the property was great for a landing zone. Clean and comfortable

The unit was clean and comfortable. We located plenty of coffee cup lids and sleeves, but no coffee cups to go with them. We didn’t bring any spices to cook with and couldn’t find any salt for our meals. Some spice and condiments would be nice. Had to ask for additional towels. Overall the unit was good with just a few minor things.

Nice place.

Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.

The house is roomy enough for 4 adults. The only reason for 4 stars is the amenities could have been better. Could have use a large frying pan and some larger bowls for snacks and such. The kitchen had very few cooking items. Very limited in glassware. All the toilets took forever to fill back up with water. Overall, the price range was reasonable and the unit is clean.

Thanks for your review. Did you find the cooking ware next to the fridge as there's multiple frying pans in there. Also, there should have been some larger plastic bowls in the kitchen also. If not we will have them replaced as they are taken often by guests.

We had a refrigerator go out our first night. Didn’t get replacement until the last day. If my grandson had not been there to help service technician get new one in he would have had to wait for help. There was no offer to help us get ice, dry ice to help us keep four days of food cold. We had to go into Bloomfield to get it. We did lose some things like the fruit, eggs, and some meat that had not been frozen before so ice just didn’t do the job. There was exactly “one towel” each and no others for four days. No blankets just bed spread on bed. Kitchen was ok on pots and pans. Space was good, eating area was good. The area needed to be cleaned up. Weeds were high and lots of trash on side of trailer. Overall needs some Work. Understand we have done Vrbo on all of our vacation homes from California to Florida and this is the first I’ve ever been disappointed in. It was difficult to get our boat in and out so don’t suggest that for anyone. Especially bad weather. So I suggest manager of this property do some serious cleaning and up grading.

We apologies for the inconvenience during your stay and we did refund part of your stay to help cover the loss of food, ice, and etc. We also purchased a new refrigerator and had it installed during your stay (in 48 hours). We spoke with you about using your coolers for your food needs but instead you decided to put the food and ice bags into the broken freezer in the refrigerator that was unplugged. That was not our suggestion or remedy. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and you did stay for your full intended dates. We were not notified about any of the other issues through our many conversations about the broken appliance.

Better than the pictures provided!!

It was a short trip for us. We normally camp but thought of trying a rental this time and it did not disappoint! The pictures are not updated and we were pleasantly shocked upon arriving. My youngest is 1 and there was no pack and play or high chair which isn’t a big deal for our family personally but for others this could be your deal breaker. Think we found our new salmon snagging rental! Be back in October!!

Very clean and big place close to Navajo lake and San Juan river. Would be excellent for large families or multiple families. Love the double bathrooms in the main bedroom. Only downside for us was we have a low clearance vehicle and didn’t know the road is better suited for higher clearance vehicles.

This guest stayed for an extra day without booking that we were able to accommodate and then left most of his items at the house after check out the last day (extended day). Communication was poor and not surprised on a bad review as he was not happy with having to pay for the final day that he never booked.

Leaving a 2 star review due to one window not having shades on it? You're message to me said the house was clean comfortable and spacious that made for a great trip. That doesn't seem like it's a 2 star.
