Great rest area with a peaceful environment and affordable price.You will experience a quiet and clean place. Tampa has so much to see and enjoy, close to the ZOO park 3 min away in car. 10 min away from the downtown. Also close 5 min to interstate 275 , close to Bush garden park 20 min and buccaneers and yankee stadium 10 min, additional pet fee , for each pet charge 50 dollars. It’s a separate house 🏡 very private all fenced

Small, quaint, and cute

Was the perfect place for me and my gf to stay during our trip to tampa for a week. Easy check in process and was a lovely/ clean hoouse to either chill during the day or to just come back to at night. Would stay here again next time i visit Florida

THIS PLACE THAT WE RENTING AND DEALING WITH OUR HOST WAS A PERFECT AND EASY PROCESS. SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US AND THE PROPERTY MADE US FEEL SAFE AND AT HOME. BESIDES THE WIFI, THE CONSTRUCTION, AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER THIS WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. THE INSIDE OF THE PLACE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY, IT HAD PLENTY OF AMENITIES TO OFFER THAT MADE OUR STAY SO MUCH BETTER. WOULD DEFINITELY RENT HERE AGAIN!

Nice place to stay if all you’re doing is sleeping there.

My husband and I were out all day so it was a nice place to sleep at night. It’s not really a “hang out” kinda place, but it was nice and clean. Bed wasn’t great, but the bathroom was really nice. Plenty of closet space if you need it, and the full kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. Also, coffee machine was a little weird and not very high quality.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again!

Guesthouse getaway

We enjoyed this super quiet guesthouse getaway. The house was very clean and the private yard was awesome. It had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in my future travels. Awesome private vacation property.

Son's Graduation

This 'cassita' checked all the boxes and not once did I feel unsafe. An absolute gem of a spot and host and walking distance to the zoo. A definite must again, should I return to Tampa!

Amazing Stay!!

I came down for a week and stayed by myself. The host was so welcoming!! The guest house was ready early, and check in was super easy!! Definitely recommend anyone who is needing somewhere to stay to check this place out! It is so pretty and super private! Has your own entrance and a nice little sitting area right in front. Will definitely be booking again!

UNCOMFORTABLE

COUCH WAS CHEAP AND UNCOMFORTABLE. ONLY 1 CHAIR OUTSIDE PICTURED 2. .AND THEN 2 BAG CHAIRS 1 OF US HAD TO USE 1 AND IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. KITCHEN UTENSILS. SPATULA AND TONGS WERE TINY. HAD TO BUY SOME.SPATULA WAS 2 INCHES.TOO SMALL TO EVEN FLIP AN EGG. KITCHEN TABLE AND STOOLS WERE TINY AND RICKETY. COFFEE MAKER WAS NOT GOOD. ONLY HAD 1 END TABLE AND NO DRESSER IN BEDROOM. HAS NO OVEN AND COOK STOVE WAS SMALL AND WAS PROPANE . FLOORS WERE UNEVEN. SET SUITCASE ON FLOOR AND WOULD ROLL ON ITS OWN TO BATHROOM WHICH WAS ALSO TINY. HAS NO WATER PREASURE AT ALL. VERY MINIMAL

Very nice and clean

Perfect place for a couple to stay a few nights, just enough room and is very clean, conveniently located 15 min from about everything,the room is very cool from the ac aswell, the toilet even has a bidet! Loved our stay and already said we are gonna stay at the same place to see the redwings play the lightning again next year!

Worth the money

This house is great for a couple staying in the Tampa area. Great location, great price, and wonderful host. We would stay again.

Peaceful nook with all you need!

We had a lovely visit and enjoyed our stay immensely. Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to many attractions and beaches. Plenty of space for parking and well-lit. Private entry and space with tall fence. Inside plenty of space for two people and very comfortable. Would recommend a few small things - beach towels or extra towels, washcloths, a strainer in the kitchen and a pot. Thank you so much again!

Very Exceptional

Unit was perfect for one or 2 people . Private entry and private exterior area . Adjacent to the zoo and USF . Lots of restaurants around and close to downtown . Neighborhood was very quiet heard some chickens in the mornings early . Nice Kitchenette great bathroom I was very with room in bedroom and the fans plus the ac split air you just needed to know how work the controller . Bed and lines awesome as well . Small living room couch beside that it was perfect .

Very nice and clean place

Very nice place that is very calm and relaxing. Me and my wife spent a few days here while exploring Tampa. Easy to get to and good parking. Very calm area with no disturbance what so ever. Very comfy bed and clean all over.

BAD had to check out early there were ROACHES in the bed and on the floors along with a large spider ... The shower did not drain . i arrived late and checked out after 1st night sent pics and videos of roaches and shower. They refused to refund my additional nights i did not stay what a joke . Wish i could uploads pics to the review

Unexpected Amenities 😊

Great little space - just what we needed. In Tampa for a conference and this was very close the convention center. Had everything we needed plus some unexpected bonuses like mini Bose speakers for our iPhone and an alarm clock with a charging station at the bedside NICE 😊 👍
