I was not going to give a review because I felt bad for the owner, but I am concerned for the safety of future guests. From what she told me, she inappropriately mixed cleaning supplies to do the bedding which the combination created chlorine gas that burned me from head to toe, including my eyes, sinuses and lungs. I spent most days the following week in medical facilities. Accidents happen but I tried to explain to her what she did and she simply stated that she has been doing this for many years and no one else was ever hurt. If she simply recognized that she made a serious mistake, I would have forgiven and just moved on, but she seemed to indicate to me that this was my problem and she intended to continue to do what she had done. I would feel negligent if I didn’t at least warn others of what happened and could possibly happen again.

Cozy birthday getaway

The cute cozy studio apartment was everything we needed for my husbands birthday weekend. Everything was very clean & neat. The space was inviting and in good location. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Short stay but great!

Nice little studio apt. For great price!!!! Bed was comfortable and sheets were wonderfully soft!!! Very clean and a great coffee pot and spot to sit out and drink it!!!!

Wonderful little Gem

An excellent place to stay. Our hostess greeted us upon our arrival and invited us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Second stay

Cosy place and comfy It got a bit cold our last two days and we had a heater that was to small to heat up the place but we were managed. Again it’s our second stay and we would rent it again.

One of my best experiences thus far. Host was absolutely wonderful. Easy check-in, very clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette to cook my meals. . Quiet, nice neighborhood. . Clean & Comfortable

I stayed at Edna’s studio during one of the hottest days in Tampa (in July). The A/C was a life-saver and even had a hand-held remote control's to change the temperature in the room from my bed! Location in N. Tampa was close to family, great shopping & a variety of dining choices. Edna is a very accommodating, kind host .

Definitely coming back!

I travel 20-22 days out of the month for work and this is one of the the best places I've ever stayed. The host was super sweet, it was decorated beautifully and overall exceeded all of my expectations

This property was reasonably priced. Though it was a deal, it was thoughtfully curated with a small kitchen equipped with several small appliances, including a smoother blender, toaster, coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator stocked with water and frozen blueberries and broccoli, cabinets with flatware and dishware, a small sink, a dinette, and a cookie. The bathroom was compact but equipped with a waterfall shower attachment, hairdryer, towels and sundry toiletries. There was a television and provided wi-fi access. The property also had access to a small garden and walkable sidewalks. Most importantly, it was clean and the owner Edna was friendly and accessible. The property was also pet friendly which was important to me and my service dog. We will return when we come to Tampa again.
