Fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker.
No laundry access, though can be available upon request for a small fee.

1. Master bedroom with Cal King, attached bath and shower.
2. Guest room with Queen bed features a desk for office space. Dual Vanity in guest bath with tub and shower.
3. Guest room with Full size bed.
Bathrooms are equipped with freshly laundered towels.

Large dining table accommodates up to 8 guests.

The pool and patio made our stay! Not a heated pool but in August it was perfect temperature. Also enjoyed coffee on the patio and sunset views at night. The neighborhood is very nice for taking walks. Host was available for any questions. We would stay again.

Clean beautiful property, host was prompt and communicative, all the amenities you could want. The pool was wonderful and the property was quiet and private. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! The host way very welcoming and was quick to accommodate a late change. Our kids loved the pool, we had plenty of room, and the location had great proximity to nature trails and other points of interest.

The house had a great layout and was very private. Great views in backyard. Pool is not heated but was very nice. Air conditioner did not seem to work well but the air return fan in the hallway cooled in down pretty well. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable which is pretty rare for VRBO. Was very cozy for 5 adults. One small TV in the living room but I wasn’t there to watch TV so didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay again if visiting San Diego

Very clean. pool not heated but we lucked into warmer than usual temperatures for MarchVery quite neighborhood that is fairly easy to get to and to get to attractions in San DiegoHost was very easy to contact and got back to us right away with answers.

Our family enjoyed our stay, and especially the views. The house is well located: a short drive to Balboa park and the Zoo and a 5 min to San Diego State and Trader Joe's

Lovely clean home, nice neighborhood, great location for us. Well planned kitchen and dining area. We're sad that it was a bit too cool to use the very attractive pool. Good communication with responsive host. We certainly would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house and pool and the host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Location isn’t super close to everything we did but very close to multiple highways and convenient. There’s a fun hike in the neighborhood as well that I eould definitely recommend.

Came in to town for SDSU family weekend. Highly recommend if looking for something near campus but still striking distance to other San Diego hot spots.

I stayed at this lovely home for a month in February. I can't say enough about how great it was. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Just beautiful!! It was very clean and very private. I sat out by the pool many of the days I was there and thoroughly enjoyed the landscaping and beautiful view of the the canyon in the back beyond the pool. The owner was very attentive & accessible. The home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It was very close to grocery stores and amazing shopping areas. I highly recommend this home for a great get away or longer vacation. I plan to return again next year.

Great vacation with beautiful sunsets!

This was our second time at this location and it was wonderful! My son loved swimming in the pool and the sunsets were lovely. We're so glad we were able to make a return visit.

This was my primary residence for 10 years and I moved on to another neighborhood during covid. I have a passion for decorating and love when others enjoy the home with its private backyard and tranquility as much as I have.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The backyard with pool feels private as this home backs up to a canyon. The only neighbors are to the sides, with giant bird of paradise providing privacy to one side and to the other the home is positioned below this one on a slope. This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood.
