We all had a great time. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, but the best by far is that deck. We spent hours just watching the world happen. Thank you!!

The home had everything we needed and was in a great location. The fresh fruit that was provided at check-in was a nice touch! Lots of steps to climb to get into the property but the views and deck space were worth it. Bill was a very gracious and receptive host. We will definitely be back!!

The house is very well maintained . Balcony is really nice . Beds are comfortable. The main thing is Mr Bill is very nice and goes out of the way to make you comfortable. I would definitely stay again .

Guys trip to play Torrey Pines golf course. House did not disappoint and the views were awesome! Great viewpoint for watch the air traffic as well.

1000% Would Stay Here Again

Such a beautiful property! The host was wonderful with communication and ensuring an easy check-in/check-out process. No complaints about the planes flying overhead - I actually really enjoyed watching them on the balcony! Talk about a gorgeous view!! I didn't hear a thing in the bedrooms either. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay.

Our host Bill was so helpful. We loved the view of the bay, and airport. It was fun to watch all the activity in our down time. The house is a great location really central to everything we wanted to see. We all recommend this house.

Definitely Million Dollar Views and Sunsets

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Extremely comfortable and cozy accommodations. Everything from a complete kitchen, laundry, sofas, chairs and comfortable beds made our stay easy, convenient and relaxing. The location is pretty much in the middle of everything with easy access to most places. What I enjoyed the most was the patio. Amazing sunsets and views of the city, Coronado and Point Loma. I could sit out there for hours. Bill is a great host and quick to respond. Looking forward to booking here again.

Beautiful Panoramic deck view

The BIGGEST plus is the viiew, WOW……and the sunsets are amazing! This is an older property and has a lot of stairs BUT well worth making those steps. Quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location near Old Town, Little Italy, and Gaslamp area. Bill was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions.

Great location

Pro’s: location, 10 minutes to everything, great host, great communication, comfortable beds, steaming with Fubo for sports, Netflix for movies. Con’s: only 2 bedrooms, not 3 as listed, microwave randomly beeped in the middle of the night, loud when the planes took off from the south (every day, though there was a curfew at night) and trains, stove was hard to control as it is very old. Overall we had a great time though.

San Diego weekend

Fun short trip to San Diego. This location was very close to airport. A few nice spots to eat in short walking distance. House suited our needs perfectly. The owner was very responsive.

Awesome stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this amazing home in San Diego! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip while visiting family. The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to everything, including the airport, which was a great convenience. Bill was incredibly nice. Highly recommend!

Aircraft spotting paradise

Very nice place, clean, with all the amenities. But of course it’s the view and the deck that wins it over. Beautiful sunsets, nice evening breezes. If you are an aviation buff, this is an airplane spotters Paradise overlooking San Diego airport. Bring your aircraft band scanner and your binoculars! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for our trip

This place has a great location, fabulous views, and some charm. When we weren’t out adventuring, it was the perfect place to recharge batteries, grab some food, and relax to the views. We will stay again.

Friends Trip

The property is awesome. The views from the patio are amazing and the location was really convenient for everything we did in San Diego (Pacific Beach, Downtown, Padres game). Host did a great job communicating and making sure everything was perfect for the stay.

Great stay in San Diego!

A great location for a few days in San Diego. We were touring colleges so the location was central for going anywhere in the area. The house had a ton of charm and the deck was amazing to relax each evening. Bill was checking in on us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again!!

Great House, Great Location.

The house is pretty much as the description and pictures make it out to be, no surprises there. The deck is worth it, my wife and I enjoyed relaxing out there at night and the kids loved the view of the airport (which you could not hear at all while sleeping). It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, including short walks to the train or quick drives to Hillcrest, North Park, or Downtown. Only thing to take note of is the steps up to the house, no problem for us, including a 4 and 6 year old but if you have any mobility issues might not be the best choice. Bill was an awesome host, responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend, if we head back this will be one of the first places we look to book.

Excellent stay

Stayed 4 nights at this wonderful bungalow. It was very convenient to all the San Diego attractions and we had no problem with on-street parking There are steps to be climbed which could be a challenge to some. Everything was as presented on rental site. Loved the view on the deck, full kitchen and washer dryer. The beds were comfortable and both were kings. Everything we needed was there and it was the best place to come "home" to after being out and about all day enjoying the sites Bill was a great rental owner to work with. Very quick to respond to my questions and helpful. We appreciate you Bill!!! I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in the future
