André has a great place in a neighbourhood outside the city which is easy to communte into from the subway line only 5minutes away.The place had everything we needed for our short stay for the 3 of us. Would be happy to stay there again if revisiting Berlin!

Great place to stay and enjoy Berlin

We have been very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and very convenient. Highly recommend for families or small group of friends. We would stay again.

Andre was very accommodating to our needs and communicated timely. The place is very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and allowed for doing our own cooking. The location was perfect for our needs, close to shopping yet not in the middle of all the city noise. Loved it and would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at André's apartment, and it felt like returning to a comfortable home for the week. The apartment was clean and well laidout, fresh bedding and a great supply of towels. The apartment is located within a five-minute walk of the Penny supermarket and a ten-minute walk from the Biesdorf S-Bahn station and bus stop. Additionally, there are restaurants and local businesses within a fifteen to twenty-minute walk. The S-Bahn line is situated in front of the property, and while the noise is noticeable to a certain degree, it is easy enough to ignore. Aside from the train track, the street is quiet and lovely. The outdoor seating area with a BBQ is very convenient, although we did not use it during our stay.Communication with André was excellent, and he was very understanding when we had to adjust our travel plans on short notice, which resulted in shortening our stay by one night.Vielen Dank, André, die Wohnung ist wunderschön!Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Great place!

Stayed in a handful of VRBos on my trip to Europe and this was the easiest check in process and communication with owner. Place was super clean and exactly as described. Plenty of space for my small family and it was a quiet neighborhood close to the public transit. Would definitely recommend.

Biesdorf

This is a superb Ferienhaus in a quiet and pleasant suburb of Berlin, with good communicaton with the owner. Public transport links into Berlin are excellent and only a few minutes walk from the house to the S Bahn.This is the second time I have stayed here and I hope to return again. I can highly recommend.

Perfect house, perfect location and above all perfect host!

The house is located in a very quiet, tranquil and pleasant, almost rural-like, area of Berlin, perfect for a good rest after a full day of touring. Nonetheless, it's extremely easy to get to, thanks to the closeby S-Bahn station. Shops and a few resturants are also conveniently located nearby, just a few minutes away on foot. The house is very clean, smart, tidy and well furnished, and comes with all amenities, including a smart-TV and WI-FI. Finally, the host is fantastic, nice and always readily available. Overall definitely recommended, especially for a vacation with friends.

The apartment was perfect for us, beautifully clean, very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen.The kitchen was compact, but had everything we needed.On our short walk from the train station we passed a supermarket, so we bought a few essentials on our way.Outside was a terrace to sit with table and chairs, screened from the path with beautiful planting.The property is very close to the trainline, but so well insulated that it didn't affect us at all.We would stay again or recommend friends. The property is about a 20 min train ride from the main station and then a 5 min walk, so great location.Andre and Monica were charming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Perfection!

PLEASANT COMFORTABLE STAY

The property is self-contained. The internet is very good. Everything works. Bathroom is sizeable and hot water shower is excellent. Kitchen is small, a one-person operation. By car, to get to House No 42, you need to enter Kulmseestrasse from Maratstrasse. At Biesdlorf railway station there is a good Penny Supermarket with ample car parking (1.5 hours free). Opposite the station is a small Kebab shop - large helpings. You can but 24 hour AB train tickets for cash at a booth at the foot of the station overpass. Driving into Berlin is simple.

Beautiful Biesdorf

The apartment provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and more than enough bedding and towels were provided if required. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated throughout. While we did not utilize the kitchen facilities during our stay, they appeared to be adequately equipped for meal preparation. The location was highly convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from our family's residence. A Penny supermarket is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance. Despite being directly opposite the S-Bahn track leading to S Biesdorf station (less than a 10-minute walk), the noise from the trains was barely noticeable. The transportation links were very convenient and within walking distance, as mentioned in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent. I was promptly provided with all relevant information and even received a phone call the day before our arrival to ensure that everything was in order.

A stay with a 10!

The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It had all the necessary items to live and was very comfortable. Quiet and nice place near the centre of Berlin by s-bahn. Danke für alles!!

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles unkompliziert mit der S Bahn zu erreichen. Penny-Markt ist um die Ecke. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend lediglich die S-Bahn Schienen einer Linie liegen nah, so dass man die Züge hört, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Sollten wir nochmals nach Berlin reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder hierher.Wir reisten als Familie mit zwei Teenager-Jungs.

Overall we really liked this home. Great quiet location. Easy walk to grocery some restaurants and to train station. Parking for the car. The host was excellent My only complaint is that it is listed as two bedrooms but it is only one bedroom and a living room with a large couch. We expected two individual bedrooms.
