Schöne Ferienwohnung in Berlin

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt hervoragend. Es wird sich umgehend gekümmert. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, groß und gut ausgerstattet. Sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

Nicht nutzbare Terrasse durch Baustelle

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, das Wetter lud zum grillen und Nutzung der Terrasse ein. Leider wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass die Terrasse aufgrund einer Baustelle nicht genutzt werden konnte. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass dies vorab kommuniziert worden wäre und sicherlich hätte man den Preis überdenken müssen. Schade.

Gepflegte Fewo

Leider war das Haus zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes eingerüstet. Der Dachdecker Aufzug stand direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster, daher waren wir ab 7.00 h wach. Die Terrassen war deshalb auch nicht nutzbar. Wir waren außerhalb wegen der Ruhe, hat nicht geklappt. Schön wäre eine kleine Nachricht des Vermieters gewesen. Ansonsten sehr gepflegte und schöne FeWo. Tolle Lage mit einem ganz empfehlenswerten Italiener um die Ecke.

A relaxing stay

Our family of three stayed in this flat for two weeks. It is exactly as advertised, very cosy and clean and it has everything one needs. It being winter, we much appreciated the underfloor heating. The kitchen is spacious with pretty china. Nice big fridge, too. A bit more space to put food wouldn't go amiss for people who stay longer and do their own cooking. The bathroom is large and really warm, and the bedroom also has a lot of space. In the living room you find an ordinary sofa and a sofa bed. Again, plenty of space. We didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. It would be nice to have a dedicated space to put things, like a cupboard or some drawers. It was very quiet in the flat, one could hear a robin sing outside (yes, in the middle of winter!). Because of the season and the terrible weather it was a bit gloomy but I imagine that in summer this is a leafy, cool haven of a place. The flat is very close to a bus stop. There is a bus every twenty minutes which connects to the S-Bahn, so one can be in the centre of Berlin in half an hour. Grocery shopping involves some walking and carrying if you don't have a car. There are a couple of restaurants and a very nice Kaffeehaus within walking distance. We mainly chose this accomodation because it is close to the centre of Zehlendorf where we needed to go every day. It was very good for our purpose. Oh, by the way, the host was really friendly and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you, Nils Crome!

Grossartiger Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der gut ausgestatteten und super gelegenen Wohnung verbracht. Alles lief total reibungslos. Nils hat umgehend auf alle Fragen geantwortet, war äußerst hilfsbereit und mit Recht Super host. Danke, Nils. Sollte es mir begönnt sein, noch einmal von Australien in meine Heimatstadt Berlin zu kommen, wäre ich gerne wieder hier, wo ich mich wirklich zu Hause gefühlt habe. Und noch ein Tip: Zeus ist SUPER.

Schöner Urlaubsaufenthalt!!!

Schöne Wohnung ,wenn man Fragen hat meldet sich der Vermieter sofort !!! Lichterfelde West ist ein toller Stadtteil mit sehr vielen alten schönen Villen . Sehr zu empfehlen das Café Frau Lüske!!

Fast wie zuhause

Waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in Lichterfelde ist top. Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und rel groß. Gerade richtig für 2 Personen. Ruhig gelegen. Parken vor/in der Nähe kein Problem. Einige gute Restaurant gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommen wieder.

Berlin-Tour im November 2022

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung im schönen Villenviertel von Lichterfelde, sehr gute Anbindung an Berlin-Mitte mit der S 1. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und der Umgebung (kostenloses Parken vor der Haustür möglich). Gerne wieder.

Goed verblijf voor een bezoek aan Berlijn

Mooi appartement in een buitenwijk van Berlijn. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en lekker ruim voor drie gasten. De badkamer, met name de douche, zou wel een keer een opknapbeurt je kunnen gebruiken.
