The spacious 2 floor luxury townhome offers an main floor open-plan family/kitchen/dining room. A newly remodeled chef's kitchen with Leibherr refrigerator has all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining table seats 8, the bar seats 2 more. After a fun filled day on the slopes, relax in the large family room, with room for everyone to watch your favorite Netflix shows on the big screen TV or curl up in-front of the gas fireplace with a warm beverage.

Downstairs, two large en-suite bedrooms and a bonus bunk room have plenty of room for the whole group. The main bedroom contains a King bed and sofa hide-bed and a TV with a Roku. The second bedroom contains 2 Queen Beds and a TV with Roku. The cozy bunk room has 2 twin beds (one set of bunk beds) and is the perfect room for kids.

A spacious 2 car garage has room for two vehicles and all your ski gear. Please note the garage clearance is 7’2” so tall vehicles with luggage or ski racks may not fit.

We are conveniently located half way between Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City Main Street, both of which are only a 10 minute walk. Park City offers a complementary shuttle, which is steps from our home. Only a 1 minute ride to either Main Street or Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and runs every 10 minutes.
