The Fawngrove complex is conveniently located on the route of the free shuttle bus, which will take you right to Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge (less than a mile south), historic Main Street in downtown Park City (one mile west), and the base of Park City Mountain Resort (less than two miles west). On Main Street, you'll find a wide array of shops, art galleries, fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and - when the season is right - Sundance Film Festival events.

This light filled condo was better than anticipated. We were so pleased with everything about the condo. Such a great view of Deer Valley lodge and the mountain. It was a quick 2 minute drive to the parking lot to go skiing everyday. The bed was super comfy, loved the soaking tub and separate shower and the cozy fireplace that we used every night. We can’t wait to come back again!

Awesome Location and Great Accommodations Near Deer Valley!

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! The location is ideal for skiing at Deer Valley and the condo is very spacious and a great comfortable place to stay with excellent views of the ski resort!

Perfect stay for a couple

This home was very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They had everything you could need for a few days, even laundry detergent pods. The location was great, close the Main Street and lots of hikes. Would definitely stay again!

A nice place to relax and recharge.

Overall, a nice place to stay with loved ones. Quiet area away fr traffic but also close to everything. Waking up to a great view was my favorite.

Lovely View & Perfect Location

From start to finish the booking, communication, check in/check out process was simple, and the property manager was in contact from time to time to make sure everything was to our liking. The condo is well appointed, amazing mountain views, and very warm and inviting. My teenage son and I were here for a long hockey weekend, and we’ll definitely be back, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great location.... 2 minute free bus ride to Deer Valley and to town. Very spacious and great views of Deer Valley! Nicely decorated and very comfortable bed.

Cute, clean, condo.

Nice little place in a convenient location. Lots of stairs which aren’t as fun if hauling heavy luggage/cooler. Make sure to bring your own coffee filters! Happy with our stay.

Great location and property. Vacasa does a great job communicating with you and responds quickly to questions. I would stay again next year when we go back. Bus stop right out front for quick ride to the base

An exceptional 1br condo

This has the feel of a large unit: very large family room, high ceilings, huge windows, and expansive views. A luxury condo for a couple. We look forward to staying again next year.

Amazing

This home is just stunning! The large, open feel and view of the mountains just hit the spot for me. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to make meals. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Deer Valley 2025

Not a typical trip for us due to injury very early in the trip. Condo is on 2nd floor which provides the beautiful view.

Great relaxing time

We enjoyed the condo. Location was great and provided easy access to all needed support, ie grocery store, liquor store and cafes. Needed to call maintenance to get the fireplace going. If we come back to Park City we will look at this place again.

Great Stay at Fawngrove 1676

The condo is beautiful!!! Great view of the mountain. Had a minor issue with door lock and VACASA fixed it in minutes. Will definitely try to stay in same unit again. Thank you for letting us stay in your terrific vacation home

Spacious and comfortable

Large unit, comfortable, bright, convenient and well stocked with dishes/cookware. 2 flights of stairs if garage parking, only 1 if surface parking. Recommend Vacasa provide 2 or 3 coffee filters for Day 1....and maybe a box of tissues.

Incredible view of the mountain.

Clean, quiet, spacious, relaxing. Just the way we wanted. Keep in mind it's two flights of stairs from the parking garage, but we didn't mind. It was cool enough that the lack of AC didn't matter. The songbirds in the morning were a nice touch too!

Lovely spacious condo with mountain views!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to ski at Deer Valley. We loved the condo - spacious, nicely furnished (with new carpet and furnishings), well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed! Very quiet and private, with gorgeous views out toward the ski area with a lovely meadow in the foreground! We took the free shuttle every day to the ski area (several short minutes ride), and its just a few minutes to downtown Park City for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
