Cozy, Comfortable, Lake Home Luxury. Chalet home on Lake Hernando, has private pier. Fishing and or kayak right from the pier. One mile from the Withlacoochee State bike Trailhead. Hernando lake attaches to 5 lakes has great Bass fishing, you could also bring your boat, boat launch also one mile away.
Home has Master Bedroom King Size bed, comfortable cooling memory foam, with private balcony, where you can view all of Lake Hernando from there. Master Bath, has shower, and whirlpool hot tub. Loft area, has very comfortable futon, queen size. Living room has wood burning fireplace, large comfortable, sectional sofa, 60" inch flat screen smart tv, with internet, lots of tv channels! Kitchen is a dream, gas cooktop, french door fridge, granite counters. Breakfast bar, with dining in the sunroom. Washer and dryer, in downstairs bath. Also enjoy the Sand Hill Cranes, that stop by and Visit almost daily, and many other Birds that stop By. Gas Grill, and Griddle for your outdoor barbeques, and Gas Fire Pit For Your Evening Enjoyment, on the Dock. Caretakers live across the street for your convenience. We supply 2 kayaks, fishing poles some tackle, and life jackets with rental, Fishing boat rental available.

Delightful Chalet with Great Views.

Very nice inside with beautiful wood ceilings and loft master bedroom. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi styled tub. Off the master is a cozy deck overlooking the lake. There is also an enclosed porch, and two pleasant seating areas on the outside decking all with views of the lake. The outside could use a bit of sprucing up, but that doesn't impede the pleasures of the lake view.

Family vacation

Had an awesome time my daughter caught her first fish and continued to out fish us all weekend. And with nails. I loved every moment this trip thank you for sharing the home.

Relaxing place with good view

Clean and nicely furnished place with lots of amenities. We had few requests but the hosts were very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the sunroom facing the lake. With both heat and AC we could use it in any weather. The deck is shaded nicely by trees. We had not realized one of the bedrooms was in a loft open to the downstairs area, but it worked OK for us. The bathroom off the primary bedroom has a shower and tub, the other bath, which is on the main level, has a toilet and sink. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Chalet on Lake

Perfect location on great bass fishing lake. Outside seating was enjoyable - everything was as advertised. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely lake chalet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chalet! It was exactly as listed. Tasia and Mark were a delight to work with and extremely helpful! We would definitely consider coming back for another getaway.

Wonderful Place!

Our one week‘s stay in celebration of Our 40th wedding anniversary at this wonderful place was everything we hoped for and more! Our interactions with the Host and Caretakers left us with the impression that these are great people who truly care about their guests. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and accommodating details throughout the place. The access and view of the lake is phenomenal! We highly recommend this wonderful place to others and we will definitely be staying again!

Everything we needed and more

It was very clean and comfortable. The lake is so close and so beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable. It is really set up to enjoy inside and outside as well.

Wake up to a beautiful lake view!

This is a very comfortable, and well-equipped home. In the course of our week-long stay we found everything we needed was right there for our use. Linens, towels, laundry, kitchen essentials, and a variety of recreational items are all provided. Beautiful lake views abound! Enjoyed the fire pit and double kayak! Lots of space! The TVs are very nice, just a little challenging at first. Thank you, Mark & Tasia!

Anniversary Getaway

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at this beautiful home on the lake. We had fun with our waverunners but also just enjoyed relaxing by the water.

Much more than expected

This was the first time that my wife and I used a Vrbo. Not knowing what to expect, we looked at all the pictures and descriptions of what was being offered and thought it looked pretty good. The pictures and descriptions didn't do it justice. This place was much more than we had expected. The house and location is beautiful. Looking out over the lake in the morning and evening is so relaxing, and the house has every amenity you could ever need or want. It was a pleasure to meet Mark and Tasia and they made us feel right at home. They were very willing to take care of anything we needed or answer any question. They shared information about the area, places to visit, and places to eat. We highly recommend this property for a great stay. Thank you Mark and Tasia! Richard and Sharon

We have been in Florida since 1998. We have been enjoying this Lake, since we got here.
Never did we Dream that we would be living on Lake Hernando. When we found this lake house, we knew we had to have it and make it ours. Which we did, now we can share the experience, with all that come to stay. We moved on from there just across the lake, which is where will stay. We are now making this home our own. We love Lake Hernando, it is to us and many, hands down, one of the nicest Lakes in all of Florida.
It has water so clear, and full of fish and wildlife, fun for ALL.
