Peaceful, comfortable, relaxing 2BR/2B waterfront home with very private fenced backyard. Unlimited high speed internet. King size beds in both bedrooms and a Queen size sleep sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy beautiful river views from the screened back porch. Large over the river deck with table and seating for six where you are able to watch the waterfowl, otters and turtles playing. Feed the fish from the deck. Deck is gated to prevent your pets from accessing the river. Fish from your dock or deck. Dock your private boat at the dock or use the four provided free kayaks complete with a kayak launch. LED lighting on the deck for nighttime enjoyment. Enjoy the backyard firepit, 3 bikes and a cornhole game. The Withlacoochee River and Lake Rousseau make for some excellent trophy bass fishing. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome. Public boat ramp is located just 2 miles from the house. Downtown Dunnellon with it's quaint antique shops and cafes are 8 miles away. A close drive to the Rainbow River head springs & KP Hole county park with crystal clear designated swimming areas. Close by is Three Sisters Springs where you can swim and snorkel with manatees, Crystal River has lots of dining, shopping, varied festivals and fishing guides, during the summer scalloping is a popular activity. The home is conveniently located to Homosassa Springs, Crystal River, Silver Springs, Inverness and Ocala. World Equestrian Center 19 miles. Come enjoy an old Florida get away with all the Nature Coast has to offer or just do nothing and relax at the private setting with the sounds of nature. The beauty of Old Florida with it's abundance of wildlife is sure to please so don't forget your camera.

What a wonderful clean updated place to stay !!! Karen is quick to respond and has decorated her home as a comfortable getaway and supplies everything !!!!The bikes and kayaks were great to have and explore the area with Enjoyed dinners on the dock listening to nature We will be back

If I could give more stars, I would! Excellent location- only a 15 minute drive to Rainbow Springs. The house offers everything you need and more! Exceptionally clean and great host communication. My teenage sons enjoyed the kayaking and fishing off the dock. I highly recommend staying here, especially with dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect and safe from river access. This was a great value and choice for a weekend getaway.

House was immaculate and perfect for our 3 day excursion. We kayaked every day and hardly saw anyone else on the River. Fenced in yard was good for our dog.

What a wonderful time! This was the perfect peaceful river getaway. The house was close enough to everything, but far enough away from town to be the escape that was needed. The property comes with so many fun activities: kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, cornhole, a S'mores kit, and the perfect dock for sitting and enjoying nature. The screened in patio was awesome during a heavy rainstorm. The place was super clean and the host was awesome. Will definitely return.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Idyllic setting to relax and enjoy the wildlife and scenery. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated.

My wife, 2 boys (11 and 7) and I had a great time at this property. We spent a ton of time on the back dock fishing and watching nature go by. We took the kayaks out on a couple of mini adventures and explored the area. KP hole was only a short drive away and we spent a day floating down the Rainbow River. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this property to anyone looking to relax with their friends and/or family.
The water was pretty low during our stay which allowed the boys to explore without having to worry too much about them.

We had a great getaway at this property! It’s in a great location and easy to find. The house was very clean when we arrived with all the amenities we needed. We went out to dinner one night and cooked the other two nights. The kitchen was well equipped with everything too!The back screened in porch was relaxing to sit it with a great view of the dock on the river and the woods across the way. We had fun fishing off the dock and we also took the kayaks out. We explored the Rainbow River and went swimming at the springs. This was the getaway we needed! Thank you, Karen for being an amazing host!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house, it truly felt like the perfect family getaway. One of our favorite parts was kayaking right from the property. Being out on the water, surrounded by nature, was incredibly peaceful and refreshing.We were lucky enough to see wild turkeys, a variety of birds, and even squirrels during our stay, which made the experience feel even more special and connected to nature. The area is very quiet, making it easy to completely disconnect and relax.The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt safe and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that our dog could enjoy the space safely too.Overall, it had everything we could have asked for in a relaxing family escape. We would absolutely love to come back!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This is our second visit to Dunnellon and it was even better than last year, especially because we knew how beautiful it was and that everything we would need for a memorable feast day would be provided.

Beautiful little spot!

We so enjoyed sitting by the creek and staying at this sweet spot. We had comfortable beds and everything we needed was there. We plan to return!

Another wonderful place to stay for the week

As always the house was very clean and well stocked with all the things that you could think of for an enjoyable getaway. We were not able to enjoy everything the place had to offer in one week and look forward to our next visit in the near future.

Wonderful Getaway

This was the best vacation rental we have ever been in. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable along with the living room furniture, and the screened in porch was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Quiet, Relaxing, Very well stocked

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting my brother in Dunnellon. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pet. This is by far the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Very comfortable overall.

Wonderful stay!

We love coming here for a quick weekend getaway . This was our second time visiting. It’s in a relaxing and scenic location close to the Rainbow and as a plus we are able to bring our dog ! The home is well kept and comfortable and has all you need for entertainment including bikes and kayaks. We will be back again!

The location of this home is perfect for enjoying all the Nature Coast has to offer from hiking biking, golfing and sightseeing. It is centrally located to the areas vacationers come to enjoy. Swimming with manatees is an experience of a lifetime and Three Sisters in Crystal River along with Homosassa Springs are the only 2 places in the world where this is permitted. For fishermen, The Largemouth Bass are abundant and big in the Withlacoochee and Lake Rousseau.
