Hardwood floors and a fabulous new kitchen, broad eating bar and inviting open floor plan. Beautiful large backyard with grill and comfy outdoor furniture. The home sits on a half acre lot in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from Fairhope downtown. Located in Fairhope‘s Fruit and Nut district , within walking distance of Mobile Bay. Sleeps five .The unique circular Silo room has a twin pull out bed making room for another guest!
Two identical bedrooms hold queen size beds and two full bathrooms , Are mirrored on each side of the house.
Vacationing with others? Consider the three-bedroom Lavender House just next door. Sleeps eight! Great for family Getaways. Ask for details

Convenient, comfortable home

We had everything we needed, and much that we didn’t even discover in five days. The silo and unusual decor were memorable and fun. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. We were grateful that we could include our dog. We might only suggest that some instructions could be included about the second tv and the coffee system, if guests were permitted to use them. We loved staying in town—great neighborhood!

Quirky and cute

This house is in the perfect location to downtown Fairhope and the bay area. It definitely stands out! The third bedroom is very small and has a pullout in it. The fence isn't completely secured so if you are taking pets please keep that in mind. Also, there is a pet deposit that is nonrefundable so really it's a fee. I was not told about this until they discovered I had brought my dogs. The property could use a little sprucing up, especially the landscaping and the fence. But it is so fun and quirky and funky!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Large fenced yard for pups...nice Two suggestions: grab bars in the shower; Make sure the grill is clean and operatioal.. Great beds and towels. We would stay again

Silo House

Unusual, quirky house. Plenty of space, nice quiet neighborhood, about a mile from downtown or from the trail along the bay. Nice responsive owners. Fairhope is just a short drive from Mobile so if you like history there is plenty to see there. Great museum in Fairhope explaining the unusual history of the town. Good shopping, good food, we enjoyed our stay!

Cleanliness

The Silo House is phenomenal. Floors were barefoot clean, kitchen had a plethora of useful gadgets, neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Great neighborhood!

We walked everywhere even though we had a car. House was comfortable, well-equipped. Will definitely consider it again when we return to Fairhope!

Great value in nice neighborhood

Great place to explore the Bay Area and downtown Fairhope. Our dog loved the fenced yard and the house is very comfortable.

Get away trip

Bathroom and kitchen was all updated with nice fixtures and appliances. Patio was a very nice gathering place. All an all a great find for family trip would definitely stay there again.

Fun Little Place

This is such a unique property. It’s quirky but also warm and comfortable. An easy walk through Fruit and Nut puts you right on the bay. Communication with the owner was great. Property was well furnished and clean. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Dog heaven

The extra large fenced yard gave our dogs the freedom to be outside when we went shopping or to the beach. The house was very comfortable for 2 couples.. the great room was large enough for more than one person to cook and visit with others. The deck furniture was comfortable and conducive to visiting or reading.

Perfect for us

For us a great location close enough to walk to town or the bay. Decor was funky/fun and well thought out. Amenities were great with laundry, TV/internet, and easy access. Hope this quiet/private location is available when we return next year.

Nice unique little house

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Nestled right around the corner from beautiful downtown Fairhope, this unique house is mins away from all the attractions, shops, and fine dinning the area has to offer.

Pleasant surprise

Found the little home welcoming and our Goldendoodle enjoyed the fenced backyard. Walked daily but she loved running free.
