Time to activate beach vacation mode! Ariel Dunes I 304 is a luxury vacation condo located in Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. The condo boasts two bedrooms, two baths, charming living space, a breezy balcony, and stunning beach views. It can host up to seven vacationers, ideal for a romantic getaway or family vacay.

This comfortable condo has an open floorplan that connects the living, kitchen, and dining room into one relaxing great room. Hardwood floors, coastal décor, and chic furnishings enhance the upscale yet laidback vibe. The kitchen is brightly lit with recessed lighting, and it has ample room for cooking home-cooked meals and treats. It includes white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite-topped counters, and a bar with two stools. Next to the kitchen, the casual dining area features a glass-topped table and four chairs. After dinner, move to the living area to relax and spend time with your fellow guests. The living room’s cozy seating ensemble consists of a royal-blue sofa, two patterned accent chairs, and a white ottoman. The setup faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and enjoys incredible Gulf views through a set of sliding glass doors that access a lovely balcony. The balcony is covered and furnished with outdoor lounge chairs and tables. It also spans the width of the condo, extending from the living room to the primary bedroom.

One of the two bedrooms is a primary suite complete with a king-size bed, accent chair, beach painting, and large flatscreen TV. The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bath with dual vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a separate bathtub. In the guest bedroom, you will find a full-size bunk bed with a twin trundle, a sunny window with royal-blue curtains, a patterned chair, and a TV for entertainment.

When you’re not relaxing indoors or on the breezy balcony, be sure to take advantage of all the great amenities Ariel Dunes I at Seascape Resort has to offer. These include two expansive swimming pools, one of which has a shallow end and mushroom water feature perfect for the kids and kids-at-heart. The poolside café is the perfect spot to grab drinks and snacks while hanging out at the pool. If you want, you can even grill your own surf n’ turf meal using the available outdoor grills. An on-site fitness center overlooks the pool and includes various machines, free weights, and a sauna.

In addition to these amenities, this condo complex is only a short walk from the beautiful beach. Grab your swimsuit, towel, beach toys, and family and friends for a grand time playing in the sand and splashing in the waves. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
